Snowmass is a great resort with a good number of beginner, intermediate, black and double black runs. The run access is provided mainly through high speed chair lifts and gondolas. There are a number of terrain parks catering for all levels. There are lots of restaurants and ski shops. Transport via free buses is excellent. Love this place!

It's a mountain, it's a resort, it's Super. I've been here at least 3 times and it just keeps on getting better. And honestly you can hang at the village and not feel like you're missing out if you don't go to Aspen. But if you do, holy cow that's great too. And the variety of the terrain, the friendliness... This is where you want to be. We were six families and 24 people including teenagers in total. Wherever we went we were treated like family. If you haven't come here before, you want to come here now. We will be back. Thank you Snowmass!

In my opinion, Snowmass is the best. A large flowing resort for skiing and snowboarding. The snow mass village has quite a few restaurants, and things for the kids to do. There are multiple places to rent skiis, the lift lines are short, and as the name states, there is also a mass of snow. Note: approval just came in... More

Hard to avoid the wind on Snomass because the slopes are so wide open. In fact, when the wind blows hard, all of the upper lifts are closed down because they are so exposed.

Return visit after 7 years. Snowmass mountain rates very highly in comparison to our other trips in both Nth America & Europe. Positives include free bus connections to Aspen & access to the skiing there too. Great family venue.

Great time had by the entire family, huge mountain with something for every level. Excellent ski and snowboard school with helpful, friendly, experienced instructors. Beautiful, well maintained trails. Short lift lines, especially early in the day. Very good food at the top. Tubing available and it was enjoyed by everyone. Overall and great place for a family vacation.

I like this mountain because you can ski your butt off from 08:30 to 11:00 and never wait in the lift line. 'Bogner doesn't ski until 11AM'. I had so many runs by 11AM, it was great to wait in the lift line to take a break. Very few people ski the Black or Double Blacks, so you have trails... More

One of the best ski mountains in CO. A huge mountain for all levels from beginner to double diamond skiers. Because it is 3 1/2 hours from Denver it doesn't see the weekend traffic like many resorts within 2 hours of Denver, i.e. even during Christmas week high season the longest lift line we had was 5 min. Most were... More
