e arrived at 1:45 for our 2 pm, 1 hour sauna appointment, ahead of my husband's and my 90 minute massages. We filled out the paperwork and were shown to the lounge area with tea, and were given instructions for the sauna use. In the changing area, there is a sign that states if a customer doesn't completely silence their phones, there will be an additional $50 charge to the bill. We used the sauna for an hour and inquired several times, with several people about adding on foot baths after our massages. Our massages were supposed to begin at 3, and it was 3:25 before they began. Our massages were ok, we agreed at the end the techniques for both our therapists could have been better. What made the experience very awkward, is that we believe the owner pinpointed my husband's last nane, which is German, and decided she was going to give him his massage. About 10 mthe owner and my husband began to speak very loudly in German, and laugh. This continued for a while, and could be heard through the curtain that separated my massage from my husband's. I asked my therpist to kindly ask them to keep the convo low so I could also enjoy my massage. Once the massage was done, I was in the lounge area while my husband was getting his robe on. The owner told me, "Your husband is such a sweetheart. That is why we were laughing." I stated, " Yeah, he is a great guy." Then the owner walked away. For the rest of the time in the spa, the owner only talked to my husband. She thought it was great they grew up close to each other in Germany. I wasn't upset about anything about the spa in general, but I thought it was a bit hypocritical to post a sign stating that if a customer's phone is not completely silenced, they will be subjected to a fine, but it is ok for the owner herself to speak loudly in German with my husband, and make such an awkward statement to me without apologizing to me for the disruption. We believe she chose to massage my husband because she felt like she could practice her German a bit. We also never received an answer about the foot bath, even though we inquired quite a bit about it. This felt dismissive. The facility is nice, but unfortunately would not recommend to others.

My daughter and I booked a 75 min. hot stone and deep tissue massage with Dana. It was one of the best massages ever! For someone so tiny, Dana certainly knows how to use the stones, hands and forearms to address problem issues. It was such an unexpected surprise when she wrapped our feet with a warm towel. She is truly talented and knows when a client wants to talk and when to remain silent and let one simply enjoy her therapeutic touch, We also enjoyed the sauna and time to relax and decompress! It was a special, unexpected treat when they surprised my daughter with a delicious cupcake to celebrate her birthday.

I had an hour massage with Frankie. One of the best I have experienced in years. Very reasonable prices. I had the basic massage, no frills. But was surprised with exceptional back work, warm towels on my feet, and full head to toe relaxation. Wish I lived here. I would be a regular client!

Do NOT use the on line schedule. After driving a hour to come here they refuse to honor our appointments. What a joke!
