The mall is much smaller but staff are very friendly, limited supplies because of Covid. Nothing new on that as you know.

The discounts were great, good deals on lots of items. Given the size of the town, I suppose it is alright. There is a beautiful body of water on one side and a pretty bridge you walk over to go and find some of the stores and the restrooms.

Great place to take pictures. It is alright

Due to covid the hours are random. Some close earlier than others and some don’t open when google said they would. Very strange layout since the stores are on opposite sides of the road. However the stores have great deals so it’s worth stopping at your favorites.

The main advantage to this mall is that it is right off I-70, so easy to visit if you're driving through Colorado or are in Summit County for winter or summer fun. It's not all that easy to shop since the mall is located in three different areas one of which is on the other side of the highway and not conveniently walkable from the other two areas. It's not terribly hard to move your car but it is inconvenient. This was my second visit there in about a year and it seems that the number of empty stores is increasing. My advice is to look at the store list immediately prior to your arrival in the area and try calling those stores that are particular interest to you.

Thanks for reading. I’ll appreciate a thumbs up below if you’ve found this helpful.

It’s a bit of a strange layout and you would need to drive between the three different locations. But, that’s the only downside. Nice variety of outlets but I really went there only for the Williams Sonoma outlet (which is a true outlet store - ie merchandise from their stores) and the artisan’s outlet. It’s an easy drive from Breckenridge and worth a stop!

The outlet is right off of 1-70 if you need to stop take a break. It has a visitor center with really clean bathrooms. The outlet is split up by a highway with stores on both sides. I am not a big outlet shopper but it not bad.

The outlets have been struggling for 10 years. One section was recently torn down completely to make way for new development.
I am not an outlet store fan. However, as a full time resident our shopping opportunities are VERY limited. So here's my few top picks:
1. Columbia - GREAT sportswear and ski clothing cheap! Especially if you join their loyalty club. Bought a ton of clothes here for our trip to the Galapagos. All were well made.
2. Ann Taylor - Finding something for my wife is always tough. Have found reasonable prices and decent selection on things she still wears.
3. Eddie Bauer - Pricey, but good quality. However Columbia is better if they have what you want.
4. Zumenz - ONLY shop in county with large selection of skateboard parts. But indifferent service so you better know what you want.
ALL these stores are in the Red Mall which also hosts a large Osprey nest in the parking lot. Birds return every year from Mexico around 1st week in April and leave when the chicks have fledged around the middle of September. They only had 1 chick this year, but 3 last year. Watching them grow and learn to fly is special.

Nice outlet mall, but hard to navigate thru the different "villages". Not a place you can just park and shop, you have to drive across a busy road to get to the different villages. Definitely could have been laid out better. Standard Tanger type outlet, but hard to get around!!!

The outlets are about 10-15 min from Keystone. Great excursion for non-skiers or if you just need a break. Tons of restaurants around the outlet area. They have most of the major stores you would expect.

They had a great selection of stores. They are not huge but we shopped Columbia, American Eagle, Samsonite and William Sonoma. Got some deals.

Wow he Coach store is amazing. Beautiful outdoor areas and bridges over streams. There were actually husbands fishing off the bridge while their wives shopped. That's pretty cool.
