Captain Zipline is now an Adventure Park! Come and play in our canyon on our best-in-the-west Canyon Aerial Course ... Fly across our ziplines while on the Lost Canyon Zipline Tour ... Or climb the cliffs while attached to a safety tether on our Via Ferrata Courses! Captain Zipline has created an amazing "jungle gym" in the canyon--a challenge course with elements such as swinging bridges, tightropes, cargo nets, balance beams, a trapeze, etc. The tour has over 100 elements with courses that are rated like those of the ski resorts--from entry level to black diamond! Guests can now book the Canyon Aerial Course and Zipline tours online. We also have a new Visitor's Center, located only about 1 mile from the Park. This Center is our NEW Meeting Place for ALL TOURS: 1500 County Road 45, Salida, CO 81201.

My husband and I went on the lost canyon zipline trip and had a great time! There were several other families on the same tour, we had some fabulous guides: Raya and Brandon. They pointed out different scenery/landmarks and kept everyone laughing and having fun. I think this trip is great for the ages they allow; everyone on our tour... More

My wife and I did the zip lining tour and had a blast. It was my first time and Im glad it was here. Our guide, Monty, was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the canyons. He had a wealth of information to give us between each ride. There was also an Aerial Park that we didn't have time to... More

Thanks, Justin! It is sure nice when folks enjoy all the natural history, ecology and geology we share with them. Our tour is nationally ranked because we tell a great story in between the cable rides. Guests come for the zip line, but they end up talking (and reviewing) all they learned, the fun guides, and how safe they felt.... More

My husband, daughter (10 year old) and I did the ziplling tour and had a wonderful time. It was our first time zipling, but we felt very comfortable with great guides, Megan and Reya. They were knowledgable and fun at the same time. We plan to return and do the aerial tour next time in Salida. My only suggestion is... More

The Canyon Aerial Course was so much fun! It is set in a beautiful little canyon. The course offers courses for the beginner to the very advanced. We spent all morning being challenged and having a really great time. Our guide, David, was really fun, and at the same time very safety conscious and informative. I recommend this aerial course to... Friends and I did a 2 hour ropes course with Eric as our guide and it was crazy fun!! He gave us a tutorial and kept a close eye on us during the course which reallly helped! Of course you can't fall but walking on tightropes 60 ft in the air feels insane scary in a good way! Loved it... More

As a first time "zip liner", Captain Zipline in Salida was the place to do it. Perfect for a group of friends and families to go. Reya and Claire were amazing instructors - they were safe and paid close attention to detail, while being fun and very entertaining. The course is set up to do 6 lines that are set... More

Great time with Megan. Showed us a great time. Megan was great with the kids and there were some kids under 10 that they were connected with. Super safe and thrilling course - highly recommend. The town was cute and had a nice dinner after

We love it when our guests have an epic adventure with us, then go into Salida for dinner at one of our best restaurants...and we shout them a free drink at Amicas Pizza and Microbrewery with their entree! It is all about a world-class family experience with us. Now, can we suggest a soak in the hot springs? We have... More

Clare and Meagan made for a safe, fun, and exciting day zipping through a canyon on the outskirts of Salida. We were impressed how seriously they trained and guided us with utmost safety in mind. Our group of about 12 was right-sized. We went across 6 zip lines. They were each different from each other in small ways. We basically... More

For the experience ziplining, this is a five star review. We all loved it. Megan and Chase were great. The setting of the zipline was more than scenic, and the prep and support was top notch. The one star issue we had was the crazy pimping of other businesses. This began while trying to make reservations over the phone. Hubs... More

We will start responding to all these great reviews just to let all the families how much we appreciate your confidence in us. Hurry up and visit as our best lady guides have to go back to college in a week or two! Just for the record, our "girl guides" make the best employees and our guests will agree! We... More
