About Captain Zipline
Captain Zipline is now an Adventure Park! Come and play in our canyon on our best-in-the-west Canyon Aerial Course ... Fly across our ziplines while on the Lost Canyon Zipline Tour ... Or climb the cliffs while attached to a safety tether on our Via Ferrata Courses! Captain Zipline has created an amazing "jungle gym" in the canyon--a challenge course with elements such as swinging bridges, tightropes, cargo nets, balance beams, a trapeze, etc. The tour has over 100 elements with courses that are rated like those of the ski resorts--from entry level to black diamond! Guests can now book the Canyon Aerial Course and Zipline tours online. We also have a new Visitor's Center, located only about 1 mile from the Park. This Center is our NEW Meeting Place for ALL TOURS: 1500 County Road 45, Salida, CO 81201.

Well, we were on the edge of our seats when you related your Mexico experience, but Derek said, "No worries!" So happy he was right (he usually is) and we made your experience was so good! The "fear of heights" comment was priceless as very...More

What a nice review! Derek will be so glad his "work" with you two was a success. It is not work when our guests enjoy themselves like you did. It makes all the difference when we know everybody had a good time. If anything, sounds...More

We did both the zipline and ropes course with Captain Zipline. We really enjoyed the ropes course, but there were way too many people. We had 20 people in our group and that took away from our time on the course. The guides did a...More

Thanks for the review. We will get the guides on the same page with us on reviews, we usually leave that to the guests to do. They are good enough to be reviewed on their own merits as all our reviews will attest to. We...More

The 4 of us (ages 9-49) spent the morning on the aerial course with our guide Derek. It’s quite mentally & physically challenging, but what a blast!!! Derek was more than happy to talk and coach you through any area you weren’t quite sure about....More

The trip takes about 2.5 hours as we train you first, then zip, hike, zip hike, etc. Six cables get longer and faster as you gain confidence. If the trip is small, 4-6 guests, it may take 1.5-2 hours. We have a bunch of... More

We have days where it is over 50 degrees F. and run trips all the time. I would check salidacom forecast on homepage for the 10 day weather. We do go rain or shine or snow or blow because our guest want the experience!
