Fun place for the kids

We went here a couple of times but we had a lot of fun at the Halloween event they through. You walk through the exhibits with your kids dressed up and get candy and other stuff!

I took my Three Grandchildren--they all seemed to enjoy some of it. I would say it is best for 9 and younger

The facility was a great place for our company Christmas party. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tour came with our dinner so it was great to be able to mingle and learn a few things at the same time which made for some great conversations. The food was very good for this type of an event. I would... More

This is a very interesting museum/gallery/imax/other. It has a very nice mix of various exhibits all pertaining to Wildlife, both above and below the water and from around the world. There are sculptures, oil paintings, taxidermied exhibits, etc. etc. I'm not sure how often they change the imax movie but I've seen a different one each time I've been there.... More

This attraction is almost set up like a museum but with wildlife. The walk through the facility is laid out geographically with the animals pertinent to that area. Each area has numerous placards explaining the wildlife, land and people of that area. I arrived in time for an animal presentation and it turned out to be about snakes. The children... More

It was a snowy day and we decided to visit the wildlife experience since there wasn't much to do outside. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. There was a place for smaller kids to play. Since I was with my 10 year old son, we skipped the smaller exhibits. We went to the Globeology exhibit... More

Our youngest loves the fun here. It seems like he gets something new out of every visit. He loves all the exhibits and also the play area.

Since CU took it over, The Wildlife Experience has become very expensive. They no longer offer memberships. Our grandsons LOVE the 3D movies, as well as the exhibits, but it has become VERY expensive.

There is nothing wrong with wildlife experience and you certainly can entertain your kids for a moment. However, there also isn't anything fantastic. Statues of animals are fun and all, but didn't do much for our 2 year old. There are a lot of other outdoor options so close, tough to pick this over those.
