Description:

Maison La Belle Vie (French for "House of Beautiful Life") was...

Maison La Belle Vie (French for "House of Beautiful Life") was planted 8 years ago. The first vintages from the estate winery, were introduced in 2006 and included Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Rosé and Muscat; a dessert wine that is traditional in the Loire Valley in France. Maison la Belle Vie has now added 3 Reserve wines, a Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot all aged for 4 years as well as the famous Vin de Peche; a Muscat, fortified with peaches - a recipe from John's family that has been handed down through the generations since the late 1800's. A new addition is a hand crafted walnut liquor that is simply delicious.

My husband and I had a fabulous wine tasting at Maison la Belle Vie Winery. The facility is inviting both inside and outside. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They were happy to spend a bit of time with us and answer questions. I work at a winery in CO that also uses grapes from Palisade. It was fun to... More

This place is so neat - awesome setting. However - they seemed to be overwhelmed with a busy Tuesday - and the service was not good. Wine was ok - but, we really had no choice as to what we tasted.

When wine tasting in the Palisade and Grand Junction area, save this winery for when it is time to sit outside under the trees in a quaint courtyard area and linger over a glass of wine. The wines we've had there have all been quite good and the delicious charcuterie board is so ample that it is really a meal.... More

We came here for our friends wedding and it was wonderful!!! The staff was super nice, and welcoming. The barn is awesome, and even though the trees were cottoning, it was a beautiful evening. Thank you for being a great place!

Wish we had stopped her for their meat and cheese plate for lunch. Lots of variety of wines. We had 3 bottles shipped home. Big willow trees provide cool shade in the courtyard to sip and chat. Really nice place!

Adrian, who served us wines, was a delight. He knew so much about all the wines, took the time to answer all our questions, and contributed to a wonderful wine-tasting experience. We loved the wines, particularly the Petite Verdot and the Marechal Foch. While we did not order it, we observed another group enjoying the charcuterie platter and wine on... More

My husband and I went this adorable winery and were very impressed by not only the wines, but also the friendliness of the people there and the grounds. We bought several bottles and would definitely return here again. One of the best wineries we've visited!

This vineyard was our absolute favorite! Beautiful grounds and garden/patio area. The wine was delicious and we felt no pressure to buy. They offered wines by the glass to purchase which I preferred because then you weren't obligated to buy a whole bottle of wine like the other places. (Most wineries in palisade offer free wine tasting, but then you... More

We visited fifteen wineries in two days, best wine we tasted in Palisade. We appreciated that they served their tastes in crystal.
