We stopped here on a recent trip to Palisades based on the fact that we love red wines. It's a nice little spot with a small tasting room in a garage type area and a patio that would be nice during warm weather. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful in providing suggestions for other wineries based on... More

Charming ambiance and the wine was amazing. Went on an autumn girls trip hiking and winery weekend! So fun and Kenn made it memorable! Delicious wine and learned a lot about tasting and making wine. Will definitely come visit again. It doesn't get anymore Colorado than this!

What an unexpected great experience and fabulous wine!!! I love Caymus and very rarely does an alternative bottle of Cabernet grab and satisfy my palate but Hermosa did it! I bought a case and checked as luggage to get it back to Madison, WI! Well worth it!

I am writing this in Westminster(front range) and we(wife and I) love this place. My wife and I have visited Hermosa Vineyards 7 times. There is a reason for that. It has everything that is due to the wine, the laid back atmosphere, and beautiful views of the Grand Mesa. This will always be a staple for my wife and... More

Can't fault the place. Ken is fantastic, friendly, funny, personable, down to earth and knows he's got a good product. We loved a few wines but went home with the 2012 cab sav. Plenty of snacks in the tables, fire place going in the open tasting room and no charge for tastings. Will be back, no doubt.

Kenn was absolutely amazing. He is the owner of the Vineyard and takes pride in the wine he creates and sells. Gives you a listed tour of the wines by season and even allowed us to see his production rooms. The wine was incredible especially the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon. Will definitely be going back multiple times.

Very friendly owner and staff. Showed us around and explained the entire process. This is a MUST stop on your wine tour! Oh and the wine is very good especially their dessert cherry wine. A must purchase.

Very hestitent to write this post but we woke up the next day still talking about our experience so here goes. My husband and I enjoyed the wine and tasting experience. The owner was personable and we enjoyed learning about the history of the winery but felt disrespected at the end of our experience. We bought two bottles of wine... More

The owner did not seem happy to see us but when the cute 20 something came in he perked right up. He showed her and her friend to a back deck my husband and I were not invited to. The wine was not very good. He gave the impression of an egotistical, dirty old man. This was not an enjoyable... More
