Not quite sure what I expected but overall felt a little disappointed. Beautiful surrounding and view but most of the seals weren't doing anything when we got there. Someone gave a talk about the seals and three assistants fed some fish to them but there...More

This is our second visit with the previous being about 8 years ago. Always enjoy and the staff are so courteous and informative. Learn something new all the time. This visit we learnt that penguins molt. Never thought about them shedding their feathers as the...More

Definitely a nice place and the animals are very cute and worth taking the time to see, but the prices are very high (£48 family of 4) although it does go to a good cause. There are some very steep hills that are hard to...More

Spent a lovely day out here seeing all the animals as well as obviously the various seals and enjoying the feeding displays. Topped off by seeing firsthand all the good conservation work they are doing.

I didn't think it was that expensive to get in and it's very well run and clean. There was lots of information about the animals and a few different ones including otters and penguins. When we went there weren't any baby seals because they'd all...More

Have just returned from the seal sanctuary, had checked prior to visit suitability for disabled as one member of the party has poor mobility, advised there was a bus service on the park. On arrival I asked about the bus and was told it wasn't...More

It was over 30 years since we were last here and it was good to see that sick and abandoned seals are still being expertly cared for. The site has been well developed and contributors honoured on wall displays. There are also helpful signposts and...More

Yes you can, one of the hills is a bit steep but it is fine just hold on to the pushchair, we were there all day with a 8 month old baby and a loaded pushchair and managed fine
