Such an interesting place. Friendly hosts are very informative and play video explaining the hatchery process. They give you a bucket of fish food and you do a self tour of the ponds as you feed the trout. This is really great for kids and they even get to do a fish stamp…

Good information board, plus gum machine with fish feed in it for 25 cents and we saw a great view of two Golden Eagles there!

This is a beautiful place to visit! We watched a really informative video, and the kids got to do a fish print art activity that they could take home with them. Then, we each got a bucket of fish food and walked around feeding the fish! Highly recommended! And it’s FREE!

We love stopping here to feed the fish. My kids under 10 love it. The volunteers are always friends, engaged, and enthusiastic about the hatchery. Stop with kids if you are in the area.
