Good information board, plus gum machine with fish feed in it for 25 cents and we saw a great view of two Golden Eagles there!

We love stopping here to feed the fish. My kids under 10 love it. The volunteers are always friends, engaged, and enthusiastic about the hatchery. Stop with kids if you are in the area.

One of the best fish hatchery’s we have visited. The employees gave us two large buckets of food to feed the fish. Many large ponds full if fish to visit. Very pretty stroll through the grounds. Great bird watching.

The staff at the hatchery is very knowledgeable and friendly. I went solo, but it would be a fantastic experience to teach kids about fish and diseases such as whirling disease that are threatening fish populations. It is a gorgeous setting.

Very cool - a trout farm that gives you a bucket of food for the fish and you wander along scattering food and causing a feeding frenzy you won't believe! Great for families!

If you want to view trout in ponds this is the place to go. It's a state run fish hatchery. We were here in May so not much going on.
