We traveled to Telluride via Montrose for the first time Dec 17-23rd. Normally we rent a car, but we were excited to NOT drive ourselves this year especially as a big snow had just occurred. The reservation process was quick and easy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Peter, our driver, at the airport who provided excellent service and advice. He assisted with baggage, helped us stop and get groceries and delivered us safely to our condo. He answered a multitude of questions from the adults and kids alike. My son left his retainers in the car and Peter delivered them promptly the next day. He was on time for our ride back to the airport and we were again very pleased with our ride. We rode in a new SUV which was very comfortable for the 6 of us. We were absolutely thrilled with the service and would highly recommend Black Bear Luxury Transportation!

Our group of five people were very pleased with the service we received from Black Bear Luxury Transportation. We were promptly greeted at the airport by our driver.
He loaded our luggage and skis into the luxurious, comfortable and clean vehicle.
He was courteous, professional and informative. He was an excellent driver. I felt safe was very satisfied with our ride from and to Montrose Airport and the town of Telluride.
I would definitely utilize Black Bear Luxury Transportation again in the future.

Thanks to Chad and Matthew for a smooth, on-time, and extremely pleasant trip to/from Montrose airport and Telluride in February! I can't think of anything that wasn't done perfectly in the process. Extremely responsive when booking initially, great follow-up sent the day before on both legs of the trip, comfortable and clean vehicle, and friendly drivers. They also go the extra mile. A couple examples - Chad stopped on our way to Telluride for us to pick up a few provisions for our trip and Matthew pulled over for us to a take a few last pics of the mountains on our way out! Getting from Montrose to Telluride is no small feat due to the time it takes and windy roads along the way but Black Bear made the whole process, dare I say enjoyable. We have no hesitation to book them again for our next visit to Colorado!

Hi Chad,
It was a pleasure meeting you and your services were top shelf VIP style.
Thank you very much for your prompt, kind and respectful service. The vehicle was clean, you had waters for us, and cared about our comfort relative to temperature and all.
Your safe driving is what made it most pleasurable. As mentioned on our trip, we have had some pretty poor drivers from the Denver airport to Vail. They were scary to say the least. You made us extremely comfortable.
We will most definitely call on you again.

Chad provided an excellent service, was a pleasure to deal with and takes pride in his work. His vehicles are in excellent condition and are brand new. I can highly recommend his business and will use him again on our next visit.

Our driver Jay was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and on time as communicated. You can tell he likes what he does versus FML. Pit stops to grocery stores and bathroom brakes are no problem. You don't feel rushed. The equipment (car, snow tires, amenities (water, sanitation wipes etc)) are well maintained and provided. I felt safe the entire ride with Jay's driving style. Thank you Chad for keeping your operation at this level of standard and thank you to Jay for being our driver. He made our 90 drive from Telluride to MTJ feel like 30 minutes and as family. Yes there are other providers that are more cheaper but for safety, comfort and sanity these are the guys you want to use.

Cheers to Chad and Black Bear for maintaining the highest of standards in transportation. Not only are vehicles clean and comfortable but this company understands the importance of communication.
We heard from Chad before we arrived in Montrose to make sure that we knew he would be there to greet us. On the way home, facing icy roads and multiple accidents, Chad made sure to let us know his ETA at our condo for pickup and left early to make up for the delays. On the way to the airport his first concern was safety but he also provided pleasant and interesting conversation (as well as water, tissues, and anything else we might need).
Great company.

We used Black Bear for round trip transportation between Montrose and Telluride. The booking process was easy and thorough. Black Bear’s communication throughout our trip was excellent. The vehicle was in excellent condition - very clean and comfortable. Our driver, Jay, was amazing. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Black Bear again.
