- Courtney6 contributionsSpa DayThis was the best place if you're wanting to spend a couple hours relaxing. We did a 60 min massage and a 90 min soaking tub, all for $160. It was worth it because we got to have a mini spa day. The soaking tub includes a hot tub with a great mountain view and 3 other pools that you can float in and help circulation. Loved our experience here.Visited September 2020Written September 23, 2020
- Buffie CColorado Springs, Colorado16 contributionsNice and closeMy husband and I enjoyed a soak in their 'private' pool. But found that the word private is a little bit exaggerated. You will be in the pool by yourselves, but the folks down at the city park below you can look up and see you just fine. It is a bit fun waving down at people though. It was still a very relaxing and enjoyable experience that we may do again sometime, but probably won't bother with the private tub.Visited September 2019Written March 9, 2020
- tazman569Forney, Texas352 contributionsGet away from work and enjoyThis was so relaxing, and Hot tub + Snow made it even better. I went here with wife and 16 yo daughter. They wanted to do it because they said I needed to relax from work. The staff was great and very friendly. The facility is very nice, clean and they have so much. There is a small pool that you can use and there is a heated pool and a cool plunge that you can do. The have saunas that you can use which is nice when you go on a 25 degree day and its snowing. :-) This would be a great place to take your partner and maybe the teen you have. Not recommended for young as they do have a whisper policy and keep away loud noises. They keep it very zen here. I left very relaxed and had a great time.Visited March 2022Written March 16, 2022
- Luz S2 contributionsMy reservation was cancelled by error.I paid for two days on the hot tub, First day, we were told we have to leave early due to Covid Restrictions. I paid 70 dollars for two hours but were given I:15. The next day, upon arrival, I was told my reservation was cancelled by error and there was no available times for us. We paid for a hotel for no reason. We could just come back the first night instead of waiting all morning to be told at 11 that it was cancelled. Very disappointed with the service.Visited December 2020Written December 22, 2020
- NYgirl0955 contributionsDisappointingNot really designed for relaxation. We were hoping for an hour or two of quiet, but that is not what we got. It is on the main road, granted it is a small town, but you still have the traffic driving by and whatever might be going on in the park across the street. They happen to be blowing leaves while I was there. We got a whole speech about how it is a quiet zone, but the loudest people there were the guys working. They were screaming at each other across the length of the deck. Talking about work, their weekends, anything. I could even hear them in the sauna with the door closed. There we only two tubs booked on my level when I was there, and they put us right next to each other, despite asking to be in a more secluded tub. Maybe just needs better management. The mountains were pretty, but as other guests said, you can get that view anywhere.Visited December 2021Written January 7, 2022
- N SSaint Paul, Minnesota4 contributionsCultural appropriation of the worst kindPLEASE REMOVE pictures of the Hindu Deities on walls of this commercial establishment. It was a long dreamed of vacation, but I my heart sunk when I saw the pictures of my faith blatantly painted on walls of the spa. It was a jarring experience all-thru my visit. This is complete opposite of our ethos, and offensive to the Hindu faith of millions of people. Just a few examples: Caricature of Ganeshji on wall, meditating buddha statue next to trash cans, the holy OM sign & Nataraja statue (see pictures) It is culture appropriation of the worst kind - taking something revered by millions and exploiting the images to create an ambience for the western audience. Not giving 1 star because I would like to give the staff the benefit of doubt. The staff were polite and friendly. I don’t think the staff & owners realize how hurtful this is and probably mean well. But intentions may be good, impact is not. Please remove these pictures/statues and replace with something else to please your patrons during their soaks.Visited August 2022Written December 3, 2022
- Grace FOhio6 contributionsI can’t think of a better way to relax after exploring Colorado! My friend and I came here to relax after being active and experiencing all that Colorado Springs has to offer! We were exhausted and looking forward to soaking away some soreness. The spa was clean, offered a variety of services, and staff were friendly. Be sure to bring your own towel if you don’t want to purchase one! 10/10 would recommend to help wind down after exploring outdoor activities nearby.Visited April 2023Traveled with friendsWritten April 6, 2023
- RC1969Fort Lauderdale, Florida394 contributionsWanted a soak but the rain interferedArrived @ 3:30 apt at 4pm was told to wait in lounge staff was not very welcoming. With no more instructions . Staff Came up @ 4:05 . We were rained out and told we could use the pool area downstairs if we wanted to. I’m not giving a poor rating because of rain that couldn’t be helped. I’m giving poor because the staff was blasé could t really care, seemed put out to an extent when we asked questions. When I go to a spa I’m looking for spa accommodating and kind services which we did not receive. Please let me be clear the staff was not rude but far from nice, and or accommodating. They did say they would refund our money in 7-10 days. How nice.Visited August 2022Traveled as a coupleWritten August 3, 2022
- Debbie HLaguna Niguel, California105 contributionsA great place for a hot tub reservation if you don't have one at your hotel. This is a great place for an hour of relation. However the tub we had was not private and people were walking by on the second story and wondering if they could get in our tub. An hour is way too long, but great time. They do have showers and a place to get ready but it's just a one man bathroom, so you can't really blow dry your hair and all since people are waiting to use the toilet. The staff were all really nice, just very crowded at night when we went on a weekend.Visited August 2022Written January 30, 2023
- Tyler B1 contributionDon't do itThere is no privacy. All the Jacuzzis are are literally right on top of each other. Oh, don't forget a towel either because it will cost you 6 bucks per towel. Also watch out maintenance may walk in you while showering to test the PH of the water. PS: no locked doors.Visited May 2022Traveled as a coupleWritten May 29, 2022

Meh, it was okay. I guess I got my hopes up from other hot tub places I’ve been . I should have done my research, I thought they would be more private , just a load of hot tubs all full to the brim with people all around us . There was a bandaid right next to our tub ( gross) some hairs in it that was not ours ( also gross ). We had the Rocky Mountain, which is arguably the worst haha for views , tucked back next to the door to the pool area . The water was warm and it was nice to cool off in the cool pool and know we know what it’s like , won’t be back but it was okay for the experience to know what it’s like now ( have driven pasted it a million times ). $90 for me and the huz … not really with it .

We only used the tubs here but enjoyed our afternoon. Good news is that they don't allow themselves to get overcrowded (which also means you could have a wait to get in because they don't take reservations) so my hub and I moved around but always had tubs to ourselves. Everything seems clean and well-tended. Not a lot of changing space in the locker room. Towels are provided. There are about 7 regular hot pools plus some other things like cold plunge and sauna and such. We did not do any massage but those things are offered as well.

We had a great experience here but I am giving a 4/5 rating due to the cultural appropriation of Hindu faith icons as well as lack of space in the bathrooms for changing and primping.
The staff was friendly, I did see lockers on my way out but was not informed they were there on our entry. There are no robes, towels can be rented and I did see a basket of slip ons (again, on my way out, was not informed).
I enjoyed our outdoor tub. Yes, it's in the middle of a deck with other tubs present, but I thought it all tastefully done. Granted, we were there at 8:00 in the morning, so it wasn't too crowded.
Bathrooms were clean. View is amazing.

I was in 4 and it was great but there are a couple of others that would also be good, just don’t know their numbers.

Hi. The spa allows 16+ in the soaking tubs with an adult. Classes and other services seem to be available for ages 13+ with an adult.
Hours vary so I suggest calling or visiting their site closer to the time of your visit.
