I have been using Longmont Shuttle regularly for the past couple of years. The service has been impeccable…prior to the acquisition of Green Ride. On my latest trip, service sucked.
Due to snow delays, I missed my shuttle by 5 minutes. I got the next shuttle, and with no explanation from driver, we took a different route, and had to change shuttles at night in the middle of a snow storm.
On my return to DIA, I was picked up from Longmont 15 minutes earlier than the pickup time published on website and in recent emails. Website should clearly state that those departure times are approximate, and be ready to leave significantly earlier. Once again, we had to change shuttles. At least this time the driver communicated.
Recent emails state that the hub concept is here to stay. It is very inconvenient and adds time and complexity to already stressful travel. I will be investigating other alternatives to get from DIA to Longmont…most likely Lyft. Even if it is more expensive.

If I could give Longmont Shuttle 100 ⭐, I'd give 200.
My dear friend lost her son last Sunday at 2am. At 5am, James arrived to take her to the airport. Once settled into her seat, the reality hit her and she broke down. When James learned her story, he not only offered his condolences but went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and safely delivered to her gate. He then notified the owner, Simon, of her situation.
An hour later, Simon, sent a text offering his condolences. He also comped her shuttle trip to the airport. These simple acts brought a moment of piece in a very chaotic and overwhelming time.
On Thursday, she booked her shuttle home. Simon sent a text stating that he was paying for her shuttle home. Then! He asked for her itinerary. He wanted to make sure that she was well cared for on her journey home.
Her flight was supposed land at 8:45pm but didn't arrive until after 11:00pm. Longmont Shuttle's last shuttle runs at 9:00pm. When she texted Simon about the delay, he immediately reassured her that they weren't going to leave until she was on the shuttle. Another anxious moment turned to peace.
Cameron was her shuttle driver home. After a safe journey, my friend realized she didn't have house keys. Cameron pulled the shuttle into the driveway so she could see the garage keypad to get in. Cameron then carried her luggage into the house and made sure she was okay before leaving.
Simon followed up one more time to make sure my friend was safely home. He also asked her to contact him if she needed anything after arriving home.
I want to scream this story from the rooftops. Everyone involved made it a priority to ensure my friend was not only safe but fully cared for her like family. These simple acts of kindness and compassion made a huge difference and will not be forgotten.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you James, Cameron and Simon for being you. This is very special. She felt genuinely cared for and safe when her life was flipping upside down. That's a big deal. Thank you for showing my friend so much love in such a terrible time. You're truly amazing! ❤

The Longmont Shuttle is a great service and an easy way to get to and from Denver Airport.
I have used them 3 times, have had the same driver, Josh, and it has been nothing but flawless. Josh is extremely professional, nice and when he learned it was my first trip to Longmont proceeded to tell me some history and background of the Longmont/ Boulder area.
Always on time and always a pleasant trip.
My trip plans have changed from time to time and it is never a problem for them to adjust to accomodate me. They get back to me quickly and politely.
Affordable and reliable!

I STRONGLY ADVISE everyone to stay clear of Eight Black Airport Shuttle. Eight Black blatantly, knowingly and purposefully took my money for a shuttle service they did not provide. Eight Black not only did not communicate in a professional manner, they failed to communicate in any manner to me. Eight Black STRANDED me at the airport in the middle of the night with zero communication, kept the money I paid them for a service they did not provide and then forced me to pay for an additional ride service from another company in order to get home. Eight Black has committed THEFT as well as FRAUD for their on-going business practices. After 24 hours they have refused to even give a simple refund on the money I paid directly to them and the money that they forced to me to pay for an additional ride home. I followed their directives to the tee and received no shuttle service. Eight Black would not provide any communication to a customer via phone, text or email while knowingly having a customer waiting who had a pre paid reservation that night. Eight Black's only justification in stealing my money and providing a horrible experience is that it is their policy not to give refunds and that their last shuttle had departed even though I had paid for the reservation and that they had all of my flight information along with three different ways to directly contact me. One star is far too generous of a rating to give this FRAUDULENT BUSINESS KNOWN AS EIGHT BLACK AIRPORT SHUTTLE.

NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!
My flight was delayed and the messages say that you will be booked on the next shuttle.
I texted and called multiple times and did not receive any response.
I stood at gate 515. The first driver drove past me twelve minutes early and did not stop.
The second driver only had a single passenger and refused to pick me up.
I ended up having to take Lyft home.

Excellent service - always on time, friendly, helpful with luggage and individual situations, and an excellent price. I strongly recommend them.
