This small farm setting had pretty flowers, some good local history.

We should have gone earlier when it was cooler. But it is a very pretty little farm. The flowers were blooming and we enjoyed our stroll. $5 per car.

Apparently, they have recently changed the name to the "Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms." This, now, more closely reflects the fact that in addition to its gardens, there are some "remains" of a previous farm community. With regard to the latter, there are a number of significant things to see: the Deer Creek Schoolhouse (1874), the Green Farm Barn (circa... More

We didn't expect much at this place and got a pleasant surprise when we arrived. It is a large venue with ample parking. The fall events are very well organized with good signage. We opted to do just the corn maze, which was well organized and had good directions. They have some items to find which make it fun for... More

Went to this place to get some walking in and look at some flowers and nature that are grown in the area. It was okay.

First time at this venue for me. There was live music, food and numerous vendors for wonderful products made with lavender. Enjoyed the music and visited the gardens. Saw wonderful activities for little ones including train and pony rides. Such a relaxed and lovely atomosphere.

For only $5 a carload, you can walk through the majestic gardens surrounding the visitor center, school, and farmhouse. It's a great deal for those of us who love gardening. It's a beautiful place that gave me a lot of ideas for gardening at my home in North Denver. I really enjoy the brilliant zinnias, apple trees, hummingbirds, and butterflies.... More

Until recently the park was not much more than a glorified (but nice) nature walk through farm land, but every year there are new additions. More of the beds have been converted to a more formal botanic look (if you are going for the botanic gardens experience go to the Denver botanic gardens in Denver). Its a pretty place to... More

Yes this is a botanic garden with a variety of things to do. There's an area for gathering and hanging out, there's also a concert area, and a butterfly garden too. Nice area to spend an afternoon or evening, or attend an event.

We attended a live concert with Chris Isaak at the Chatfield Farms venue. Outdoor concerts are dodgy at best, but this venue offers a grand location; excellent sound; a visible stage; great parking; and helpful staff. The quality of the sound and the experience was wonderful - better than expected. Even with the risk of rain - it did spit... More

We went to check out the corn maze and food items they had going on last year. It was lackluster to say the least. Luckily they had some bounce castles and jumping things the kids could do, otherwise they would have been extra mad that we wasted our time there.
