We went for the lavender festival (free admission). There are many lavender plants, but they are small. A few vendors were selling dried lavender, oils and lotions. No one was selling lavender foods. Getting out of the parking lot was a zoo. For the farms themselves, the vegetable gardens were overrun with weeds. The animal part was small, a chicken... More

We stopped in today for the Lavender Festival and we were underwhelmed. My husband was glad that we had not paid because he did not feel it was worth admission. The kids area is very small. There were a limited number of animals and overall it really pales in comparison to the main Denver Botanic Gardens location which is absolutely... More

To give a botanic gardens 5 stars I expect lots of color. This was "some" color. It reminded me of houses with nice flower gardens. The children's area was pretty small with not a lot to do in it and the part I found most disappointing was there really wasn't any place for the parents to sit & keep an... More

This is a gem of a place to visit. The gardens are breathtaking! There is also a butterfly house for children of all ages. They have a children's play area, a working farm and plenty of walking trails through the gardens. They have activities all year long including a corn maze, pumpkin festival and a trail of lights through the... More

We attended a very large event here, the place was able to handle the crowds, we were able to see a lot of gardens they have here and a small stream that runs thru the property, they have a large variety of plant life here and are set up for events also with pavilions and buildings to go thru, and... Attended a large event here. The area is beautiful, very lush with lots of lovely colorful plants. I loved the main barn and the paths around the area. Though it was a warm day the paths were shaded and the greenery kept it cool.

Wanted to come for a quiet day, but there was an event going on that had people everywhere. We did like the flowers and seeing the plants once away from the crowd. Learned about geocaching while there.

We have been several times this year already. The grounds are large and it is fun to meander. There are some great places for weddings, lots of children's activities and of course the farm house and gardens are so pretty. We have also been here for the maze around Halloween and Thanksgiving...always fun!
