About
We're very particular about what goes into making our signature recipes live up to the quality you deserve. That's why our spirits are formulated on the winning combination of locally sourced ingredients, Rocky Mountain water, and innovative distilling techniques. The result is nothing but smooth, bold flavor with every sip. We produce high-quality bourbons, specialty whiskeys, gin, and vodkas right here in Littleton, Colorado. And we're proud to support our veterans and law enforcement as well as the local community. Because it's our passion to bring a 'small town' feel to distilling.

Had a great time hanging out at the tasting room. Lou talked us through the tastings of the vodkas, and whiskeys. After picking our favorites he made us an amazing maple/cinnamon old fashioned and the wife had the Palisade Mule. We ended up leaving with the bottles of the Peach Palisade Vodka and the Cackler's whiskey. I hope to start seeing this local distillery in bars nearby. Thanks Lou, for your recommendations. We will be back soon!

Really cool distillery basically right in my backyard. The bartenders were great and the next door business with food truck food and the outdoor projection TV was really awesome! Can’t wait for Broncos season to start and go there for games! As far as the Spirits….A+. Really big fan of the Burbon Whiskey, the Gin, and the various Switch Vidka mixes. Done their tour twice now with different friend groups. They let you sample pretty much everything. So that was a huge + for me.

This place seriously rocks...shaken, not stirred! Staff is friendly, talkative, and courteous. The owners are real down-2-earth and the bartenders are almost always engaging and smiling. The inside is super clean & professional as well. Side note...I also love how they share a building with a very cool new bar and restaurant type pub. Go here and watch the football on the outside projector or sit in one of the super comfortable couches outside by the fire. This place was designed for those that enjoy the little-things and pleasantries in life and especially CO. I hope they expand and get more places like this all around CO. Could totally use one downtown and in the Cherry Creek area. I almost forgot....the Spirits themselves are...I can't even describe in this review in so many words. Go, do the tour, and try the Sampler. You won't go home w/o a bottle or two I'm sure! Oh, and they gave us free T-shirt's because we bought more than one bottle of whiskey

If you are in or near the Littleton area 52 Eighty Distillery is a MUST. Our group was in town for training but Drew, Eric & Lou are the best! Their Distillery is pristine, they offer quality products and their passion for what they do sets them apart. Denae the bartender is so fun and makes a fantastic peach mule! Thanks for having us 52 Eighty!
