Arapahoe Basin, better known as A-Basin, is a sight to see. With or without snow!!!!! Attended a BBQ, at the mid level lodge during August. Just the chair lift ride up and down was an over-whelming visual over-load. Can't imagine what this place looks like with snow. Oh, that's right, see all the other reviews.

If you're near A-Basin, there's no excuse to miss this place. High county indeed, small in acreage but huge in fun. Lots of locals. Easy not found here, but plenty of terrain which doesn't take expert level skiers. Whole family can enjoy, and there are also plenty of places to bomb dive to the bottom. Any level skier can have... We go go skiing in Colorado every year and every year we go to Arapaho. Arapaho Basin is great because there are less beginners to get in your way, and it is much less crowded than all other resorts in Summit county. The terrain and runs are outstanding and it also received more snow than all the other ski resorts... More

Snow is there in June. The last day will be next week or longer. Buy season pass if u wanna ski longer even in June. However there is no discount for the end of season skiing for daily skier. If so, other skier will be there in May and June. Nice weather for skiing in June.

Yes we skied over Memorial Day. This was our second year to ski A Basin for Memorial Day. Our kids are 16,14, and 9 and we all skied together. I recommend getting there before 10:00am because the parking tends to fill up fast. The parking lot looks like a tail gate party at lunch so bring a lunch and lawn... More

Excellent on post season midweek without any snow elsewhere. Average skiing joint. Cannot give them credit for good luck of having good snow year. Watch your back on slopes as per usual. Even in non-congested post-season, plenty of "duuuudes" and nobody is enforcing slow zones or intersections. Do your research before booking anything. Website does not serve detail non-website prices... More

May 20, 2016 I skied about 9 runs on soft groomers and 50 F temp this AM. Even Zuma Bowl was open n nice. Then I drove down to The River Course at Keystone Resort n played golf in the afternoon. A wonderful day. I'm too tired to attend Bikini Day at ABasin tomorrow.

We took our family here for Spring break and it was absolutely breathtaking! The mountains here are just beautiful and the skiing is great.

I first skied The Basin in the late 60s as a child. This past March I took my family skiing there and had a wonderful experience. The staff, the food, and of course the skiing was super. My eight-year-old and 11-year-old, after skiing there for the first time, had so much fun, they wanted to return. What I love most... More
