Went for the sunrise lagoon tour and absolutely loved it! The price is reasonable considering the work the person paddling the boat has to do! We found it amazing and so peaceful. The sunset was stunning and we saw plenty of eagles, birds, crocodiles and elephants - we even saw 3/4 elephants playing in the water and bathing. Our guide was professional and pointed everything out, giving good information. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a great time at the safari and saw a lot of rare animals. Unfortunately we did not find the leopard. The Sri Lankan people in the jeep (4 in total) were very good at spotting the animals hiding in nature and they cooked food for us 3 times - the first meal in one of the guy's home was truly excellent. We had a ranger from Kumana National Park with us in the park - to tell us about the animal life and to make sure the camping was safe. He also stayed the night in the forrest with us. He was a great help.
Sulfi, our guide, did a good job making everything work smoothly, even though we sometimes didn't know what to do and what would happen next. all in all a good trip.

I contacted Sabras from the UK before my trip and he responded promptly and from there on I received a wholly reliable service. I used Paddytours for transfers between Tissamaharama and Arugam Bay and Arugam Bay to Colombo and the service was excellent. As a female solo traveller I found the drivers professional, friendly and reliable and I was looked after very well. I highly recommend this service and the rates were very competitive.

Me and my boyfriend loved our trip with Paddyway Tours on our Sri Lankan holiday in August 2015. We took the early morning tour to the Lagoon where we watched the sunrise and did a wildlife safari. We saw so many animals and birds and the sun rise over the water was beautiful!
Sulfi is an excellent guide and really knowledgeable and hard working. He made sure everything was perfect and the tour with him was a magical experience!
Everything was amazing and I would recommend Paddyway Tours to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. We hope to come back soon too!

We had a fantastic afternoon on a cooking course with Sulfi. We went to a local home and Sulfi cooked a great traditional curry with a small amount of help from ourselves and the watchful eye of a Sri Lankan lady and her daughters. It was a great experience having an up close experience of family cooking in Sri Lanka and we thoroughly enjoyed the food afterwards. Thank you Sulfi for a great experience we understood how important it was to you to support the local families by using their kitchens and having them join the experience with us so that they benefit from the tourism in the local area. It is great to have this experience with an ethical tour company. Keep up the good work.

We stayed me and my husband few months ago in Danish Villa, we meet there Sulfi, It was a pleasure to discover flora and fauna around Arugam Bay with him, Highly recommended.

I went to Arugam bay to surf and stayed at the Danish villa, witch was a nice place to live in. Sulfi is a great guide with big knowledge of the surroundings! He's also a very kind and funny guy!

We had a great afternoon safari after staying at The Danish Villa!
We saw almost everything: Elephants, water buffalo, crocodiles, hornbills, spotted deer and even a leopard!
Sulfi is great and has remarkably good eyes for spotting all the wildlife.

We went on a Lagoon tour in Pottuvil. We went early in the morning and saw amazing range of birds, elephant drinking water and crocodile as well.
Sulfi has great knowledge of local fauna and flora and we learnt a lot from him. Thanks!
