Absolutely wonderful experience. So glad we went ahead and did the 90 min ride. Such awesome views and the staff (horses included) were fantastic! Will definitely come back

I've taken a couple of trail rides around Metro Denver, and while the horses were great and the scenes were amazing, I don't think I'll return given the customer service at this place. Be aware if your ride time is 10am, they want you there at 9:30am and they'll send group out a half hour early. We took a wrong turn and got there at 9:45am, and still got on the trail with the horses at 9:55am (which tells you there's nothing to the check-in time), but throughout the experience, we were called the late folks, and it was clear than the owner was really ticked off at us. She had sent the other 10am folks out already, clearly 20 minutes early, and was mad she had to catch us up. Her attitude really cast a shadow on what was generally a great experience with some great views.

We took a 90 minute ride, our guide was informative and made the ride enjoyable. We really appreciate the pictures she took when we were on top of the mountain on our horses. Highly recommend this adventure, amazing memory ❤️

It would be helpful to have people sign up for 9:30 if they have a 10am ride as we did not get the email that confirmed our appt. at 10 telling us to arrive 30 minutes early due to bad service in the mountains. So when we arrived at 9:50am thinking we were 10 minutes early the lady in charge made it very clear that we were late. She threw the pen at me to sign the waivers and when we were getting on the horse threw the step stool at me. I explained that we don't get good service so I don't always get the emails but all she kept stating was we were late and need to hurry up get on the horse and she will review how to ride quickly so we can make it back in time for the next group. We had a group of 7 2 adults and 5 teens one of which had never ridden before and she spent 2 minutes on telling us how to steer the horse and then told me to lead the group by heading towards the house. I was initially terrified as I have only rode a horse 2 times previously which she was aware of but showed no concern. I did end up leading the group and it went well however in the past I have been used to having a guide lead and a guide behind in this case we had one guide in the middle. The horse was well behaved and new the trail well. The views were gorgeous but we had no time to take pics because we were constantly being hurried. This was our first time riding in Colorado and we were really looking forward to it. Although it turned out well as our guide tried to make it pleasant and enjoyable I which I could have taken in more of the scenery. It was a beautiful ride but just make sure to be 30 minutes early or she will be extremely rude and upset with you I was tempted to turn around before we started but I know my kids were counting on this. I will look for somewhere else next time.
