Lovely little museum comprising of his birthplace (two levels) plus a museum (in the garden, through the courtyard) filled with memorabilia of his times and his life. Always go to the bookshop first (for a guide) and if you don’t speak Italian (or the guide doesn’t speak English) there is a pamphlet in English explaining the rooms of the house, but don’t forget to return the pamphlet! If you are making a St Pius X pilgrimage THIS is the place to start.
