Fun place for grandkids
Jan 2019
We had four grandchildren with us for a week. This was a great place to spend a couple hours. We all enjoyed it, ages 3-70.

New water feature is a winner!
Jun 2019 • Couples
I got a grandparents pass for the year and it is well worth it - my 3 yr old grandson loves it as does his 12 yr old brother and 16 yr old sister - always lots to do - lots of hands on and a HUGE water feature you can build bridges on or crank up to fill up a pail that empties when full. Lots of books, puzzles, games - lots of volunteers (many college kids) to help you make the most of the visit - fish, hamsters, iguana, spiders, snake - activities with electricity, a body that you can take apart and put together, bubbles to make - gears to play with, a "rainbow" wall where your shadow makes beautiful rainbows, a tornado, a Jacob's ladder, sand to show contours - so cool. You will not be disappointed.

Great for the kids and adults

It's a lot better now. When we went there were still glitches and stuff being built! But it is nicer and you can spend hours there! The kids love it!

My Grandson really enjoyed this
Nov 2018 • Family
This is a very hands on museum so children do not get bored easily and you will want to play all the exhibits too. They had a 3-D printer and my Grandson was able to make a small plastic toy which he thought was so cool from the printer. I liked the idea that there were plenty of staff to make sure the kids understood what they saw and were doing

We've enjoyed our experience with Eureka! for nearly 20 years, since its humble beginnings in the former location at New Emerson School. Great place for kids to learn about science / math / engineering.

Excellent learning experience.
Aug 2018 • Couples
The John McConnell Math and Science Center now called the Eureka McConnell Science Museum is filled with about 100 hands on activities that demonstrate a wide variety of math and science concepts. There are several live exhibits to be observed. Being located in the Colorado Mesa University affords close cooperation between the University and The Museum. An educational experience for children and adults.

Wow!
Jan 2018 • Business
The John McConnell Math & Science Center recently renamed and moved to thier new location at Colorado Mesa University. They are now “Eureka McConnell Science Center” in the new Engineering building on 7th Street.
I throughly enjoyed my time learning through play about a variety of many different areas of science. I highly recommend this for not only children, but for adults also.

Great place. Hands on Science experience! Fun for adults and children alike. I took my grandsons there when they visited and I had never been before. I was pleasantly surprised at all they had to do. They had a great time.

Awesome place for all ages

We visit this center often with our grand kids. They always love their visit. It's been fun to watch them grow up from toddlers to teens enjoying the center. My husband enjoys it as much as the kids do.
