I was actually married at this venue. It was neat to come back and see the farm like setting again. It's fun for kids to run around and take fun pictures with all the equipment. Not the most exciting place in town but its pretty.

I visited this during a short trip to Grand Junction. It is not very large, but it is definitely worth a short trip. It has some very interesting things to look at and read if you are interested in train history specifically the Uintah Railroad....More

This is a wonderful place to take your children. They have activities for family's. Great place to picnic. It's been a real treat for f a families very historical plan cell t go. Call for when they have there activities or look on internet.

Cross Orchard has a lot of Americana displays, but the model train setup was amazing. It was run by a local model train club and had the largest landscape and real life setup in Western Colorado that I have seen.
