Met my daughter in Golden for an evening of ‘us.’ I ordered the Firefly. It was really juicy, hazy, refreshing. Great little patio to sit on. Nearly full outdoors, people respecting each other, socially distancing, and mask wearing when up and about. Dogs were laying at their masters feet. There was a food truck present selling Mongolian style food. Can’t wait to go back after a day of hiking and catching some sun.

The beer selection is fantastic, with a nice range of flavors. The environment is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to kick back and enjoy a few pints. It’s definitely a brewery-focused experience, so no food options here, but it’s a great place to relax if you’re all about the beer.

We booked/reserved part of the outside patio for a Rehearsal dinner gathering and they did a great job! We had food catered in and they made sure to have all the tables cleaned, umbrellas up and even added a couple extra tents coverings due to the warm day and sun beating down. The bartenders for our event were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. They made sure to check tables frequently and clear them of used glasses. The atmosphere was great and there was a food truck for anyone that wanted extra food outside of the catering we brought in. There was live music and the bathrooms were easily accessible. The items we selected for the bar we delicious and it was a good variety for all guests. We had a great time and will be back for sure. Thank you GCB for giving our families a wonderful location for the rehearsal! I know the happy couple will be back, they love GCB!

We couldn’t get in on a Coors Brewery tour, so checked out the 2nd best in ratings for Trip Advisor. Place was a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Was hoping they would have had a little tour (went to Asheville before and a lot of their breweries give short tours). Best part was the fruit sangria!

We stopped by not for a beer but a glass of their winery Pinot Gris. Not bad, a little on the sweet side. Went well with sitting in the hot sun, on their patio, and great conversation.

Have been a frequent patron of the last year. The beer is fine but the atmosphere is wonderful. However, today they decided to hold a high school graduation at a brewery. It would seem odd to invite dozens upon dozens of underage kids for a party where the business only offers beer and a couple side dishes and snacks. I watched multiple people underage consume, become loud and obnoxious. When I messaged the owner/manager about this, there was zero concern whatsoever saying everyone had been ID’d. I watched parents give beer to these kids and watched other kids sneak half drank beers. This is beyond unacceptable and was forced to call the authorities.

Hi Mitch! This was a well staffed event, with security and owners in attendance. Everyone who was drinking alcohol had been ID'd. You may have been mis-interpreting the keg of Root Beer we provided for the event, and this would have been cleared up had you asked one of the plentiful staff members in attendance. Thank you for slandering a family run business which has been in operation for more than 25 years (if this would not be true if we ever served minors).

This is an easily overlooked placed; it's a house converted into a brewery. The space is a little small inside but they make up for it with an awesome patio area complete with fire tables. The beer is good and inventive. Great place to hang out with friends. Limited food options but they do seem to have food trucks.

GCB is THE BEST beer garden in the Denver area if you ask me. The views and surroundings make it a perfect locale to enjoy some high quality local craft beer.
I was introduced to this gem when I first moved to Denver and I try to visit several times a year when the weather permits.
The place serves Baker Street Bakery goods which are excellent (RIP to the preztel brat!).
GCB is a perfect way to spend a summer afternoon!

We stopped on a brewery crawl. Small town brewery with great beers. Nice outdoor seating good food to pic on and a fun place. Great service and prices!

It is mainly just an outdoor patio with good beers and lots of picnic tables. They used to promote themselves as the 2nd largest brewery in Golden...wink, wink.
