Good performance in a very small theater with 80% of the seats reserved for season holders only, and the only seats available are with obstructed views. To make things worst, the theater doesn't use A/C during the performance, and you feel suffocated in there. Although...More

The only seats available to the general public are a few obstructed view seats on the side. Seating is a last minute fiasco trying to get groups seats together. Ushers are not helpful. The majority of the seats (80%) are RESERVED BY SEAT for the...More

This was the first time we attended a show ("The Skulls of Connemara") but it won't be the last. This small theatre packs a punch. The acting was superb, the set was well-designed, and the production was great.

Great little live theater entertainment in downtown Golden, CO. Play and acting were really good and the intimate little theater and bar make for a nice diversion to the standard dinner only out. The theater and staff are well organized and the acting is really...More

We were three couples visiting the "Tuna Christmas" production at this theatre Dec 12. Wish I had read the most recent review first. When I read it to my wife after the show, she swore I had written it! We had the SAME experience. Got...More

First time here. I had never been here before, and did not even know it existed, as I am rarely in Golden. Located upstairs in a building in Golden, it seats maybe 100 people. I went to see "My Name Is Asher Lev," which was...More

Just discovered Miner's Alley, thanks to a very positive review of their "My Name is Asher Lev" play. This is a wonderful venue! Many small theatre are inside very old churches - often charming but sometimes musty and funky seating. This is a very small...More

I believe A/C is a requirement in a closed space. Is there is a law to support that. Miners Ally Playhouse does not use A/C

I checked with the attendant during intermission, and he stated that they shut down the A/C during the performance because it interfere with the sound system, even though it was 90 degrees outside.
