If you find yourself on Lookout Mountain Road, be sure and swing by the Buffalo Bill grave and museum to take some great photos, see Buffalo Bill's grave, and give the museum a go if you are interested in that era. William F. Cody, better known as Buffalo Bill due to his fame as a buffalo hunter, had an interesting... More

Coming up here is alway fun if I want to catch some beautiful pictures of the landscape. It's close to Denver and can easily be done in a couple of hours.

This is a fun little museum. They are some great artifacts from Buffalo Bills era. It was worth going in seeing and learning more. Check it out! Oh and try the chocolate at the gift shop.

I wouldn't go out if my way to visit this or anything. But if your around then do stop by. Nothing really to see except for the grave. There are some picnic tables in the recreation Areas nearby.

Pictures can not even come close to how beautiful it is from the top of this mountain. If you look to the west you can see the snow capped mountains and if you look to the west you can see where the Great Plains meet the Rockies. It is absolutely gorgeous and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting... More

Fun touristy spot at the top of look-out mountain. You can stop at the restaurant at the top for a meal or a drink. Buffalo Bill is a legendary cowboy so cool to visit his grave.

You can not see the grave if it's covered in snow but the views of the mountains are beautiful. We did grab a bite inside the large giftshop. Buffalo burger, hotdog and chicken strips were good.

The museum is small and you have to pay to see it ( Don't think it was worth the amount of money we paid for though). There's many interesting things to see and if you really read the info on the walls then you can spend 1 hr here if you don't (like me) about 30 minutes. The museum is... More

I love history..especially American History so when I learned about this place, I had to see it. It is actually depressing. Buffalo Bill wanted to be buried there because of the view....which wasn't obscured by cell phone towers at that time. There's a big gift shop there as well. I have a hard time thinking of it as a memorial... More

Amazing to see the history behind this legendary figure and all the places he tours in the UK, which was structured around the railway network in the late 1800's. Without places like this, the history will be lost and we will loose the knowledge of the past adventures of others
