The views of Lookout Mountain are spectacular!! We really enjoyed the museum... Lots of information and artifacts. The gift shop is huge with lots of stuff and the snack shop offers tasty treats.

What a terrific ride we had up to the Buffalo Bill Grave and Museum. It provided great views of Golden and Denver. The history of Buffalo Bill, in the museum, is interesting, but the presentation is really dated. I think this park is owned by the City of Denver and it looks like not much updating has occurred. We enjoyed... More

Very nice views!! You are able to look out and view Denver and also view a beautiful lake. Not far from the sight in walking distance you can also get a view of the mountains.awesome shop which was opened on thanksgiving day. They had the best hot chocolate and many souvenirs to choose from. Even though it was very cold... More

It is a little bit of a drive up the mountain, but a scenic drive from Golden. If you are taking the Coord brewery tour, I recommend taking s quick diversion to see this.

If you have the time, drive through Rocky Mountain NP. If you don't, a drive up to Lookout Mountain is at least in order. Great views of the city but not much else. Buffalo Bill's grace and museum is there...but was dated.

Wow what a place to view the supermoon last night over the lights of Denver. A experience that will be never forgotten.

The views are what really makes this place special. The grave and museum are ok and unless you have a very specific interest are a little random. If you're in the area there is no harm in swinging past.

So I like history and this museum is filled with it. Lots of artifacts from the Wild West shows, tons of info on Mr Cody and even a family tree with his offspring and their children. Lots of info on how he interacted with the local Natives. His actual grave is there so it's cool to see how that all... More

Not much to see but interesting. The fact you have to pay to get into the museum is a little disappointing. The views and the little gift shop with a snack stand is probably the best. Root beer floats, Buffalo Chili can be ordered.
