Drawing inspiration from the rich, thermal mineral waters of the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, the Spa of the Rockies features a group of mineral-based treatments that promote wellness and vitality. Thirty-four essential minerals are incorporated into certain signature hydrotherapy bath treatments, body polishes, body masks, massages, manicures and pedicures. The spa has eight treatment rooms including facial rooms and couples' suites as well as one specialized hydrotherapy treatment room for Vichy shower treatments. Other features include five hydrotherapy tubs for mineral baths and herbal soaks, two manicure stations and two pedicure thrones. Guests can enjoy a pre or post treatment steam in the locker room, as well as relax in the Serenity Room, a co-ed relaxation suite where soundproof windows give views of the pool without the noise.

I had a wonderful nurturing experience on a quiet Monday night. I needed some good TLC and I got it! The raspberry tea was refreshing, the mineral bath with arnica oil was just what my sore muscles needed, and Paula's massage was just perfect -- she is intuitive yet precise in her work, nurturing and attentive. Her generosity of spirit... More

This was our first visit to the spa. Enjoyed the refreshing pools and the kids had a blast at the slides. Later on at night the pool became a little less kid friendly with PDA. We had a great breakfast on site the next morning.

You must go to the spa. You will not find a better spa run spa anywhere. They are a gem hiding away in the busy little town of Glenwood springs. The services are fantastic and the staff beautifully trained to provide a very memorable experience. Go for an hour or the entire day...your body and mind will be thanking you... More

This is the experience you are thinking of when you think Spa. This is not a salon that provides spa services this is a SPA.

Its very big! And very touristy. We went 4th of July weekend and it was packed. I wouldn't recommend going around the time i went though it is a nice pool. I'd recommend going when its cooler or off peak.

I visited the Spa of the Rockies today and couldn't have had a better experience! Everyone was extremely welcoming. Jacqueline's deep tissue massage was exactly what i needed. She focused on the areas I indicated needed the most attention. One of the best massages i've had. When i left the spa, I felt so relaxed. Thanks, Jacqueline!
