My girlfriend and I went here on our last day in Glenwood and treated ourselves to a couples heated stone massage with access to the vapor caves. The whole package cost a little over three hundred dollars with most of the money going towards the...More

Don't be put off by the exterior of this business; it's lovely and welcoming inside. I was not familiar with "vapor caves," and did not know what to expect, but this place was recommended to us, so we were game. We opted for half-hour or...More

I love coming here. I feel so refreshed and relaxed at the same time! This is a great spot for couples but maybe not for a group of friends as you should be quiet in the vapor caves as it is great to meditate. I...More

Great massage and cave . Priced well for couples . Bring a extra towel . Pass is good all day . So go for a few and then come back later that day .

Going down into the heat of the earth, your connecting to something primordial, ageless. It does matter what time of day or year it's always the same. You sweat the same as people have sweated here for thousands of years, back from a time when...More

People rave about the Hot Springs pool and rightly so, it is wonderful. But for my money and for yours (a ticket to the caves costs less than a ticket to the pool), for total relaxation, time at the Vapor Caves wins every time. We...More

Swing by, and see what you think., the spa area, was great, but,, the caves., too tight, too hot, too dark, and some really strange things down there, if you get my meaning. It was good for about the first 10min.,then had to get out...More

We always go to Yampah spa. It's clean skin very good. And you can drink some tea and relax after spa. Nice place.

Vapor caves are my very favorite part of the Glenwood spa experience. If you would enjoy a good sweat and detox come here. Try and overlook the occasional crowding and come at non peak hours. The facility is old so don't expect fancy.

To get down to the caves I am not sure if there is an alternate way from the stairs that we had to take. I would contact them directly.

Go with as little as possible. Swimsuit-that's it and use their changing room. Use their robe and white flip flops. Check out the monthly special and get the massage.

Towels and robes are provided. Personally I'd bring my own flip flops for comfort!
