Terrible experience and customer service. All but one staff had a terrible attitude We rented two paddle boards and halfway through our time, one of the paddle boards filled up with water. My husband had to swim all the way back while pushing the paddle board. The staff was nice nice about it and I had to asked for a refund which they wouldn't give.

We are long time boat renters from Inlet Bay, having established an annual family tradition since 2009. This year was a complete nightmare, and our treasured family vacation was completely ruined with several people upset because of how rudely we were treated. We rented and returned the tower speed boat without damage and an hour early due to one of our girls having nausea. With a group of lifelong experienced boaters, at no point did we touch another watercraft or damage the rental in any way. The staff (younger teenage boy and older man) were extremely rude and condescending to our entire group, and then did not refund our $1000 damage deposit (when we returned the boat, there was no issue with damage mentioned as well). Now they will not answer their phone and their voice mail is also full. We feel like this company is trying to scam us out of the money, but more so, are not understanding why they were so completely mean to our entire party. I would describe the level of rudeness as being "jaw dropping" for all in our party. After 11 summers of rentals, we will NEVER rent from this company again.

Our annual party happens on the rentals at Inlet bay and have been for more than 10 years because of the staff. Emily, Deon, Mark, Weston, everyone is amazing. I understand the dockmaster is a wrestling coach which makes sense because they give children opportunity - driving the skiffs, checking rentals in and such. Moreover, watching those kids give people who've never rented / driven a boat before advice, you quickly notice they have more tact, personality, and responsibility than most adults. One of the most recent and best aspects about Inlet Bay is, masks not only aren't required outdoors in Colorado, you don't need a mask because you're outside in the sun. See you soon Inlet Bay for our next annual party!

We turned up at the wrong time because they did not read an e mail because 'it was sent at 10.51 pm so no one was here to read it'. Yes I won't add any comment as that comment is as stupid as it sounds. Note I had called several times, previously leaving a voice mail that they did not reply to, Then when I called again prior to the rental day and their voice mail was full so I could not leave a message. They explained they were 'too busy to check the voice mail' ................ then why have one? Or why not employ more people. The rentals are not cheap so they could afford to hire more staff and customers deserve better service. After the confusion over rental time was surfaced, they had a 'take it or leave it' attitude, no attempt was made to find a solution. They did refund my money, the least they could do, which is exactly what they did, the least.

Boat and lake were nice. But This establishment takes 0 precautions against covid-19, and none of their staff wear masks indoors or outdoors. There is packing of people, both staff and patrons, on the docks. Very unsafe, and we were treated with belligerence or feigned ignorance when I brought up the pandemic.
