Attended a comedy show filming for a prominent and popular modern comedian. The staff was quite respectful as they informed us of the filming procedure and what to expect once arriving inside and taking our seats. Best part was that it was absolutely free! We had a great time at this filming and will definitely be returning for future events.

The trick is finding legitimate parking. Sometimes you have to park a few blocks off if you don't get there early. The venue itself is just the perfect size, with the bar in the back out of the way. No bad views in here.

We really enjoyed the show we saw here. The venue is small and intimate which is always a great experience when seeing some of your favorite acts. Definitely a cool little spot. Drinks just ok and bar staff not super friendly but that's not really what you are there for anyway.

This is one of the beset small venues anywhere. Great location, and a perfect small setting for your musical delights.

This is a small venue that brings smaller acts or acts that have a smaller following. I saw Mark Cohen which was an intimate evening and also Leon Russell there which was a full house. They handled the crowd well. I will always check to see who is playing as they often have some surprisingly good acts at reasonable prices.

My wife and I took a trip from Kansas City to Colorado to see Jose Gonzalez on April 20th, 2015. We were a little nervous about the show as we don't partake in marijuana use but assumed everybody else there did, and while some didn't disappoint, for the most part the show was enjoyable. The theater is a typical historic... More

Our first trip to the Gothic was to see Gaelic Storm, an awesome Irish band we had seen several times at the Birchmere in VA. The Gothic is right on Broadway and easy to get to. As others have mentioned, there is a very small parking lot right next to the theater (about 20 cars?) which fills up fast but... More

Converted old theater featuring national touring acts and hot locals that can draw 500 or so. Funky, loud (but very good audio system), and a decent value. Always a good time at the Gothic!

Very nice venue for a smaller concert. The acoustics are great, and we had great seats on the balcony. The bar was a little pricey, but the drinks were great. We had a very fun time here!

The Gothic Theatre is a fabulous venue for small concerts. This is the first time I went to a concert is a refurbished movie theatre. The concert—James Blunt—was intimate with James being only about 75 feet, at the most, away from our seats. Many of these venues—including the Gothic—offer few seats. Ninety-percent of attendees stand. They didn't mind, but I... More
