The Mountain Course is one of the most beautiful mountain golf courses in the world. It was designed by Jack Nicholas and it is challenging and breath taking. Cordillera is in an amazing setting far enough from I-70 to make you think that you are in a little bit of heaven!

We played at 12:30 and had a wonderful time. The course was in great shape and the staff was friendly and helpful. The greens were super fast and look forward to coming back next year.

If you like to beat yourself up, play this course. The views are nice, and course in great shape. Just way too hard for a fun day of golf.

This is a gem of a mountain top golf course. We played in August which is probably peak time for golf in Colorado. Not of big crowd though. Very hilly, very open and really fast large greens. From the tips I think it was 7200 yards. Go for it if you hit it long and hit it straight. This course will give you fantastic views and some pretty incredible challenging golf.

Played the Mountain course but it was not listed so I write the review here. Spectacular vistas, elevation change and condition. Extremely difficult sidehill lies. The 17th par 3 drops so severely it plays three clubs less than the measured distance. Was also cool as three big bucks calmly walked across the green as we teed off.

A Jack Nicolas course that starts a little weird on the 1st two holes, but opens up after #3.
Great practice facility and clubhouse
Impeccable conditions, greens are fast but true.
You can pound the ball @ this elevation so be careful of club selection.
The aspen groves on the back 9 make for some great views in the fall.
It's a great course.

Played this course several years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the very challenging layout. It not only plays long (7200+ yards) but has numerous blind shots and long carries to reach the welcoming fairways. Uphill, downhill, sidehill lies are the rule of the day which can be a little disconcerting for folks from Florida. The scenery and valley vistas provide a beautiful backdrop to a magical location. Troon has been doing a great job managing and maintaining a wonderful golf venue.

This is not a easy golf course, but better players will enjoy what jack nicklaus has done.
Sorry, not many flat lies to be had, but the back 9 is some unusual golf to say the least.
The 17th tee shot surrounded by aspens is a must.
Greens hear are tricky and fast. Views are amazing.
