Didnt really know what to expect going here. Was told to visit it while on a trip to Durango. It turned out to be a very cool experience. If you like honey, jams, butters that are handmade this is definitely a place you should stop. They also let you see the bees, the distillery & even give educational facts about the bees & honey. They even have wine & liquor tastings that are made there as well. Everything is reasonably priced.

I love to cook...so of course, am going to fall in love with this place. So much fun. $150 later...can't wait to dig in. That does include a $50 bottle of whiskey that my husband bought, after sampling.

There is so much stuff here to consume lol Everything honey related you can think of it seems Honeyville has thought of it and beyond. Fun place they seem to have really grown their distillery area over the years but they still have so many different kinds of fun and interesting honey related toppings and jams and smears and the spicy honey and sweet and spicy honey sauce are the best. Peanut brittle is good too. If you can't come here check them out on line too. And when you purchase items here they will do free shipping over the minimum amount so you you don't have to drive the stuff around the rest of your trip which is pretty smart on their part. They do not ship any of the distilled liquor products though not even the chocolates with a bit of honey whiskey in them so you will have to drive off with them in your car.

We stopped by yesterday and walked around with two employees talking to each other. We went to see the bees and get a distillery tasting. We stood by the tasting table and no one offered to come over. I walked to the two girls and asked about the bees as well. She said the queen died recently and all of the bees died. She offered no more insight until I asked how they died. She said more would come in the summer. They continued talking and we left. Very confusing experience, so check before you go.

We honeymooned in Durango and my husband loves honey so Honeyville was a logical stop for us! Fantastic store with a large variety of great products. They offer samples of their whipped honey and distilled products which was a huge help in finding our favorites to bring home. Make sure to try their spicy honey it is especially good on pizza.

This is a cute little shop located just north of Durango. They offer a wide variety of honey products including whipped honey, jams, jelly, dessert toppings, BBQ sauce, candies, liquor, and wine. You can have samples of most all the products, including wine and liquor. There is a live, working bee hive you can see, as well and their production line. The day we were there they were making jelly. Shop is smaller, and more or less specifically just a store selling products. Their product are delicious though so worth a visit. All of the staff were very friendly and the store was clean and organized. Parking is available free to customers on a flat lot.

Very cute little store with everything honey related you could possibly need. There are free samples which were very nice. We bought some very delicious jams and honey. I would definitely recommend if you have extra time in Durango to stop by.

Really pretty store with great honey based items. Love the bees!!! However the two girls at the counter were so engrossed in their conversation and never even bothered to say hello. The gal rang us up like a robot while conversing with her friend about guys. Disappointing despite a beautiful store.

We love to buy honey as a souvenir because it is unique to the place where it's made (like wine!) Honeyville has honey in every possible form, and you can try before you buy. I had never tasted honey wine before this and we left with a few bottles (the Apricot makes an AMAZING sangria!) in addition to honey and jams. Our other favorite surprise was the honey peanut brittle. Our neighbors are lucky the bag we got them made it home!
