Man, what can I say about this place? I called the day before to check on the status of the tours and a nice lady told me they had “plenty of snow.” I booked online and it was super easy. The drive from Cascade Village was very easy. We got to the place and we’re greeted promptly. Very quickly we had our helmets and had signed our consents. We met out guide, Tyler, and he put us through the basics. I could not have asked for a better guide than Tyler. My wife was very apprehensive about riding snowmobiles and he put our minds at ease. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very fun! We had a GREAT time and will be going back as soon as possible. Highly recommend this outfit. The vehicles were very new and easy to drive. The views were spectacular and worth every penny.…

We arrived early as instructed to fill waivers that we already filled online, which was evidently a waste of time. After filling the waivers again, the guides then informed us that that we would not be able to go out due to the weather conditions and that the group before us kept getting stuck and "they weren't going to do that again". When we asked if we would be refunded, they said "we can wait for a while and see if the weather improves". One guide told us he had been doing this for nine years and he had never seen it this bad, 2 other guides told us we should have been called to cancel before driving up there due to the conditions. We were told that the owner was on his way to look at the conditions himself (because the guides refused to take anyone out), but after 1- 1/2 hours of standing around in a dome tent and talking to the guides we decided to leave. The owner never showed, and all 3 guides said we should be refunded since we never went out. We called the next day to have our refund processed and were told it would take a few days. After waiting 6 days we called back and were then told we would not receive any refund because the notes said, "we went out and decided to come back early". The owner (Eric) is never available to speak and has not returned our phone calls. Beware of booking this company, I know weather can be unexpected but if the guides cancel the customers should be refunded, otherwise it is just theft.…

Thoroughly enjoyed our first introduction to snowmobiling! James our guide gave us a complete but succinct introduction and we were off! He was easy to talk to and provided interesting details about the area!
