The Ultimate Urban Denver City Tour we had was amazing we learn a lot more about the city history and actual events. We really recommend this short tour if you want to learn more about Denver.

This was an amazing tour. If you have limited time to explore Denver, this is the tour you’ll have to get. You get to see different spots in Denver in a little more than 2 hours. The tour guide, Jared is very knowledgeable in the history of Denver. That was very informative tour for me. I highly recommend this tour!

The driver was knowledgeable and very interesting. Although some of his facts were not right, like Molly Brown died in Denver, she did not, she died in New York with a friend at her side. There were other minor facts, not worth mentioning or cancelling a trip for. The ride was fun, and interesting. I specifically asked prior to making the reservation if it would be difficult getting in and out of the carriage. He said he had a foot stool, and if I cold walk stairs I would be fine. WRONG. Yes there was a little foot stool, but the climb was much higher than a normal step to get into the carriage. I am 75 years old, and had a very difficult time getting in and out. I wish he would have said it was a very large step upward, I would never have gone on this ride. That one issue of struggling to get in and out of the carriage, made me realize this man was simply wanting to sell tickets, not caring about the physical abilities of his passengers. Disappointed.

Sorry to hear that your eTuk experience was not up to your expectations. Concerning the loading/unloading logistics, our website clearly states the following on our FAQs page: "We can provide a step stool and our guides will do everything they can to assist, but guests will need to be able to step up 12 inches and balance to get in and out of our eTuks." Furthermore, hand holds on both sides of the eTuk are available to further assist passengers when entering and exiting.

This two and half hour gave me more knowledge about the city then I have received in the past 8 years living here. Jared and Steffen were very entertaining and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this for all ages.

Loved seeing Denver in an eTuk! Our guides, Jared and Joe, were smart and knowledgeable and fun! They understood that we didn't just want to see tourist-y places, so we went to Cheeseman Park which was fabulous. We would go again without a doubt!

Our driver and tour guide, Jordan, was excellent. He had an impressive knowledge of the history of Denver and was also well versed in the culture and nightlife. I highly recommend booking this tour early in your trip to Denver as it can help inform your choices on how best to make the most out of your time in the mile high city.

Steffan was so great taking us around for our wedding photos! He was personable, friendly, and a lot of fun to cruise around with! Highly recommend booking a private tour with Etuk Ride Denver. They were a special and fun addition to our wedding day!

Does the driver stop along the way to talk about attractions? Or does he use a microphone while driving? I always hate to be in the back with the tour guide facing forward and providing all the good information that I cannot hear.

Our drivers definitely make stops to talk about Denver's many attractions, but some information is shared while in motion. Some of our guides do utilize microphones along the way. Being such a small vehicle and in a small group, we can happily accommodate group's requests for lengthy information to be shared at stops rather than in motion. What is the best way to request a ride for your downtown shuttling service? and how would I go about booking a brewery tour?

Hi Melanie, thank you for your question! Requesting a ride for our shuttle service can be done through our Ride eTuk app (available in the apple app store) or as simple as hailing a ride from an eTuk when you pass one!
As for booking a brewery tour, please go to our website and click "book an eTuk". Fill out all details for your group, each vehicle can hold up to 6 people and we charge by the hour per vehicle. You will be able to choose if you would like to call all the stops or if you would like to sit back and have one of our knowledgeable drivers plan a tour for you!
