They do a few during the trip. I think you'll be fine

The tour I was on was not strenuos at all. In my group there were people with cains. Might be because of the altitude. Best to call and ask.

It is a tour that can be done in inclement weather. You ride in a large van and view the sites. Dress accordingly.

It's 10,000 to 12,000, it's not one of the 14-ners. Not everyone is the same, so I'd not tell you to not worry about everything since everyone else I saw didn't have problems. I've watched all kinds of people be affected, in different places on the globe. If worried, the simple pre-trip solutions are to eat heavy Italian or Spanish food with an overload of carbs and you drink a lot of water prior to going. Also, carry a big bottle of water, with you. You can also take some getorade with you for later. The heavier you are, the greater your portions. If you sweat a lot, bring a big spare of water. Also, bring the headache medicine of your choice, in case.

My recollection is this was a full day tour, departing around 9am from Union Station in Denver, and returning by around 5pm. The drive up to RMNP is a good 90 min depending on downtown traffic. Our tour guide was certainly open to tailoring the schedule but you have to respect the other guests of course.
