Worst Food Ever for a Dine-In Theatre
Nov 2019
This was literally the worst meal I have ever paid for in Denver. And by pay, I mean used a gifted gift card. I received a $50 gift card to AMC Theaters a while ago. We love the Alamo Drafthouse so much, that we never got around to using it. We recently learned that the AMC Theater is now a dine-in theater. Differing from the Alamo Drafthouse, you have to order your food which includes full entrees at the concession stand. Your food is then brought straight to your seat before the movie begins. After that, you have no more interaction with servers. Bob ordered chicken tenders, with loaded tater tots on the side. I ordered a regular cheeseburger with fries. My cheeseburger was $16, and Bob's food was almost that much too. When the food arrived, I almost laughed.  All of our food was ice cold. The cheese on my cheeseburger was one big glob on the side. You could tell that that the burger patties with cheese had been sitting in what should have been a warm warmer for a long time. My cheeseburger didn't even smell good. Something was wrong with the bun. It had a weird smokey odor. Bob's loaded tater tots were indiscernible, and were really too cold to taste like anything. His chicken tenders were the strangest shape I had ever seen. We joked that we were served squid strips instead. I also had digestive issues the rest of the weekend. I can't prove that that was related, but it definitely could have been. I'm really not that harsh of a critic, and would have been happy if the food had just tasted as good as typical fast food, but it was more like what I assume they serve in prison. The reclining seats were pretty great, I have to admit. However, I think for my next cinematic experience I will return to the Alamo Drafthouse.

Mixed... probably just have wings there or eat elsewhere

Front end customer service: 5 stars, hamburger: 1 star, dry rub wings: 4 stars, overall cleanliness: 2 stars... overall: 3 stars, validated plentiful parking, great heated and reserved reclining seats, overpriced wine.

Love the remodeled decor, new offerings of food and bar... but wow the hamburger meat was barely cafeteria quality; bun was awesome. Popcorn litter EVERYWHERE... didn’t see anyone keeping clean.... not becoming of stunning remodel let alone for the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Online map not to scale; sit close to front or you’re too far away. This theatre won’t be our first choice.

Modern, Convenient & Relaxing
Oct 2019
This theatre has been in the Cherry Creek Shopping Center for some time. The recent update was nicely done with a number of improvements, among them kiosks outside the entrance for ticket purchases, a pleasant bar inside the lobby and food service at your seat. The seats are comfortable recliners which also have a heat option. If you park in the mall's parking garage, be sure to bring your parking ticket to the theatre for validation.

Decent theater

We came here on a sunday. Decent theater and as expected early shows are better with less people and screaming kids.

Decent selection of snacks and condition.

This was the first time I was in this theater, all was good, and yes the seats do recline and I thought they were comfortable, tickets were a little expensive we were there for the 6:00 pm movie, but was with my daughter and had a great time!

Afternoon movie
Mar 2018 • Couples
This AMC theatre has 8 screens at the Cherry Creek Mall. Afternoon tickets are $8.50 and they will validate your parking ticket for 4 hours. They offer loyalty packages with discounts. Typical theatre, restrooms were very clean. The usual concessions with fill your own drinks. Theatre seats were not the newer fully reclining seats - which you would think they would have in such an upscale location. Could use that update here.

Will never go back

This stadium is old. The seats are uncomfortable. The screen and sound were only mediocre. The concessions were out of basically everything. What they had was stale. The service was pitiful, the line was chaos, and the place was filthy. Absolutely regrettable experience. Not what I’m used to from AMC at all.

No recliners even though the website says it does. The 3D didn't seem worth it. Overpriced and needs updating.

Went to see Alien: Covenant here on 05/19. I didn't start out with the intention of going to this theater, I missed the screening I was hoping to make at the UA Denver Pavilions 15 and didn't want to pay extra for their premium RPX format, and this was the next closest. I missed some of the stuff they have at the AMCs at Highlands Ranch and Bowles Crossing like recliners and reserved seating, but my experience was fine. I'm not going to go out of my way to return here, but I won't avoid it.

Overpriced and small

We stopped here while on vacation - matinee prices stop at 4 pm. It cost us $23 for 2 people to see the 4:20 movie. Seats are okay - nothing special - they do rock a bit and have the liftable arm rests. Bathroom were clean. I wouldn't go to this one again
