Took two tours. First one: no issues. Second onePikes Peak I asked if the ride would be on a narrow road with switchbacks and was told that they send buses on this road all the time - not to worry. Well I did feel anxious about it for the weeks before our trip to Denver, only to find out on... More

it was worth it. We took the all day Rocky Mountain National Park all day tour. My wife was immediately aggravated when she signed in as she heard them say that there was a discount for booking online and they did not offer it to her on the phone or when she was paying. They sent a van to pick... More

Wonderful landscape but very big problems with Gray Line Tours concerning the hotel pick-up since they forgot me. Indeed, I confirmed the trip and pick up time 5 days before the trip with the local agency. On the day of the trip, I phoned again to the agency to know if the pick-up delay (20 minutes) was normal, or if... More

Great trip with amazing views. Lunch at Echo Lake was outstanding and choreographed perfectly so that we were able to move right along with our trip. Train ride was a lot of fun. Great thing to do if traveling with kids. Our tour guide, Darcy, was awesome. He provided us with a wealth of information throughout the trip while constantly... More

I took the full day Rocky Mountain park tour yesterday, August 2. I had a wonderful time. I am in Denver on business, and wanted to take a day to see the park, but didn't want to drive. The bus was perfect - I could just relax and enjoy the view and leave the driving to the excellent driver. Ed,... More

I had booked the city tour and mountain parks tour with gray line. The title pretty much says it all. The guide/driver for both my tours was knowledgable but absolutely boring (he spoke softly and in a constant monotonous tone that put me to sleep). The front desk staff lack any sort of charm and were generally unfriendly. The tour... More

An excellent tour-- great guide who knew the history and geography of the place , a comfortable bus, breathtaking views, and enough time to admire them. The Grand Lake is indeed beautiful and the brunch served there was above average compared to the ones usually served during tours.

The bus was just a shuttle bus. That is just not good enough for such a long trip and $140 price tag! No toilet and very uncomfortable. Not good for a couple in their 70s (or anyone else I imagine). Were told that we had to be back on bus by 1015 at Air Force Academy which left us having... More

The worst city orientation tour I have ever taken. Tour guide sent the driver around in circles pointing high rise buildings of no particular significance. Stop at the Capital building was the only redeeming value.

We took the 3 hour Denver City Tour. Our tour guide was Gerald. He did an excellent job of instructing the driver where to go and highlighting a lot of facts about the city. We stopped about 5-6 times during the 3 hour tour to get out and take pictures. It was a large bus with tinted windows to keep... More
