About
The Infinite Monkey Theorem is an urban winery operating out of a back alley in the RiNo Art District of Denver. We represent a counter culture in winemaking: No vineyard, No pretense, Just ridiculously good wine.

We love hanging out at the bar at Stanley. The bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. Kate's been super helpful in explaining drink choices and takes the time to check on us when we're hanging out; Joel has been very friendly too and I appreciate...More

Good wine, nice outdoor seating area - really cool vibe. Food truck parked right outside for eats! Dog-friendly.

This place is popular! We got there right when it opened on a Saturday afternoon and no more than 45 min later, people were having trouble finding spots to sit. You can get wine on tap by the glass or in a can. Unfortunately, they...More

We are from Michigan and have a ton of Wineries in Northern Michigan but none like Infinite Monkey Theorem. Seemed like a place we wouldn’t mind spending a few hours just lounging around on the patio tasting all the different wines they have to offer....More

Visited with friend while in town on vacation. Heard so many things about the canned wine that we had to try it for ourselves. We're definitely no connoisseurs, but enjoy wines of all different kinds. Tried both the Chardonnay and the Sirah. Both were fantastic!...More

My husband and I each enjoyed a glass of wine (white and rose) at their outdoor patio. The graphics and theme are awesome and different for a winery and I liked the industrial and quirk vibes - there are a lot of good breweries in...More

Overworked urban vibe, celebrating cinder block walls and terrible acoustics. Though it appears people love the sofas. Would neve go back no matter the novelty of bad wine served in cans. Millennials seem to be satisfied with shoddy surroundings and curb service from food trucks.
