About
Tivoli is the first brewery in Colorado founded in 1859. Our brewery has been located in the same building since John Good opened the doors to support the gold rush. When we reopened our doors in 2015, we did so as a state-of-the-art craft brewery in what is now the heart of the Auraria college campus. Come join us for a tour, cold beer and great food!

We decided to drink and dine here on a Friday evening, primarily because we know someone attending the University and the fact that this building is magnificent looking. The building has an active brewery, from which you can order any of the Tivoli label brews. There is a small, limited menu kitchen where you can order food. We had the hamburger and chicken wrap, both of which were great (but lacking that little extra bit to be amazing). The wait staff seemed a bit stretched, with long lapses between visits to the table for refills.

Took me a minute to figure out how to get into the place. Super cool, Historic & Unique location on the campus. 50 Colorado craft beers on tap, including their own beers. I had the fish & Chips and tried a few flights of their beers. The fish was a bit overcooked but the beers were good, they specialize in the German beers and do a great job with those ones.

I stopped in here to meet a friend during a conference and wasn't disappointed. The building is amazing on the outside and the brewery is pretty cool on the inside. A nice mix of modern and old. The beer was excellent. Had the Obscura Dark Mexican Lager. It was delicious. And a nice respite from the IPAs that are so common in breweries around Denver. We also ordered wings, which were well done. Good flavor and heat. Decently crispy. This is a great place to stop for a beer while you're in Denver.

We came to dine in (9/30/2022 @5:00pm)at the DIA location and a short brunette bartender was hands down the meanest service industry employee we have ever encountered. I understand she may have had a bad day but almost every patron that was trying to close out their meal tab had to walk up to the hostess and ask her to close them out (which she could not) When I asked the bartender very politely to be closed out because I needed to catch my flight she told me “wait in line buddy, there’s a lot of people ahead of you. Maybe you should have ordered food elsewhere if you didn’t way to be late” I proceeded to wait for approximately 20 minutes to close out after her statement. Worst service ever

We sat on the patio and the service was a little slow. Not sure if it was because we were outside? It was very warm and they only had 1 umbrella setup but we took matters into our own hands and setup another. The umbrella made a huge difference in our experience. Our wait person was polite and she did come back once to ask if we needed anything. The food was good. We all had burgers in our group. The sauce that they served with the tots was tasty. We hear that all the beer served here is brewed by the students that are working on their brewing certificate on campus.

The headline covers it - the Tivoli brewery offers great beer, a neat setting and wonderful service. As for food we had marinated nachos which were very good.

I visited the Tivoli Brewery for a casual business lunch and enjoyed the experience. The restaurant is a craft brewpub in part of the old Brewery building. Outside the pub, there are many seating areas where MSU students were lunching. Inside the pub, the metal top tables and original wooden doors gave the area a very interesting feel and the brewing apparatus at work behind the glass partition was fun to watch. We seated ourselves and friendly waitress arrived to take our drink orders and then our food orders. Both the food and drinks arrived quickly and very tasty. I had the pork belly sliders and they were excellent. The check came up quickly and we were on our way quickly. The only negative for me was they do not carry any non-alcoholic beers.

We were staying in Auraria, and it was just a block away--so glad we tried this! Saturday night, kind of early, so not too many people there. 1 server, 1 bartender and 1 cook, and the service was OUTSTANDING! Even after they started to get busy. Excellent beer brewed right there, so super fresh. THE best fish tacos that I have eaten anywhere! GO! It's unique and fun!

I just visited this place not to long ago very nice place hard to find if you have never been there before. There brew they make there is really good stuff if your a beer snob. as far as the food goes I had the pretzel and the all American burger. I can say the pretzel was definitely made there and fresh the dipping sauces were good as well and for the burger I thought was a good very solid burger compared from other places in Colorado. Overall I definitely recommend this place prices are reasonable small food menu but it fits for a brewery with good beer.

Though the selection of beer is quite good. None of the five beers we sampled was anything special. Food was uneven. We started with edamame and Brussel sprouts which were both great. Burgers were average and disappointing. My fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. Server was nice about bringing me more. I'm in no hurry to go back.
