Attended an organ concrt here our last night of our conference in Denver...what an experience!! A beautiful room with INCREDIBLE sound...the acoustics here are similar to European cathedrals. (Many seconds of "reverberation" in the room) The organ is an historic 1900's instrument, but is in...More

Stopped by the day we got to Denver and again before we flew back home. Very solemn place; amazing architecture almost comparable to the ones we saw in Europe. Eucharistic adoration was going on while we were there. Love this church!

This is a beautiful Cathedral that appears to be very well maintained. It is just down the street from the State Capital, but the area is around the Cathedral is pretty sketchy. I would not make this walk alone. Some may disagree with this statement...More

Visited here after a nearby tour and walk around the city. The gothic style and European look are intricate and the glass is beautiful. Good for visitors, tourists, or locals I'm sure. Definitely worth a drop in, if in the area.

The grandeur of the cathedral and the many Gothic details that are reminiscent of Europe's great cathedrals just takes your breath away. Such a peaceful place filled with beauty and reverence. I am just sorry there was not a tour offered to tell it's story...More

We've visited cathedrals throughout Europe and always been impressed by the history, architecture and art. While Denver's cathedral can't match them for historical significance, it has first class architecture and art -- a beautiful altar and amazing stained glass. The cathedral is only a few...More

I always like to stop in cathedrals/churches on my travels. This was absolutely beautiful. The stained glass was amazing and the altar was really ornate. Some lucky couple was having a wedding rehearsal just after our visit.

We stumbled upon this one on our way to the capitol building. There was mass when we entered, but a glass wall so that we could look at everything without disturbing anything or anyone. Very beautiful cathedral and worth a visit.

This is my favorite Catholic Church! It is beautiful and unique and it is impossible to see it all as you sit there. I love this church and go frequently but each time is like the first. Don't miss this!

It does not seem like it. There are two choir performances in May. But try their website link. Thanks.
