Unique store
Jul 2019
This is worth a trip even if cowboy garb is not really your thing. It functions as a great museum as well and there are pictures of tons of celebrities who have visited or worn this clothing. We didn't buy anything and my horse girl friend found the prices pretty high but it was a super fun visit!

A part of Denver's history-and a piece of the modern West
Dec 2019
Simply the best collection of Western shirts and accessories anywhere, full of style and history. Embellished, embroidered and fun to wear, the shirts are a longtime tradition, worn by cowboys and rock stars alike. Founded and maintained by the Weil family, three generations of creativity and commitment. Do not miss this store.

Western Clothes
Dec 2018
This specialty store sells Western clothes, such as Western shirts with the snap buttons, boots, and Stetson cowboy hats. Lots is singers, such as Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Elvis Presley, and Paul McCartney wore that Western shirts. I have two of them. One is red, and the other one is turquoise blue.

Ranch Wear thats stood the test of time!!1

I visited Rockmount Ranch Wear for the first time I already own several of the embroidered shirts. It's a neat store to visit small in size foor the amount thats in there + theres a small museum upstairs, their clothing may seem like it's on the expensive side but when you figure out what a good quality dress shirt can cost you there not as pricey as they may seem. There's something in ther for everybody who likes westernwear or western history + plus the staff is very fiendly & helpful. I spent probably a little over an hour there but I was on a layover between planes you could easily spend more time there, you may even be lucky and be in there when somebody famous is shopping ther since numerous famous people wear their clothing as you'll see by all the signed pictures on the walls.

Loyal Customer Blues
Nov 2017 • Family
I have many Rockmount shirts that I have purchased over the years. First by mail, then by visiting the store in Denver when my daughter went to college near by. I have to agree with many of the negative comments here about the customer service. They do a "good cop/bad cop" routine with two of the sales ladies. One is helpful and sweet, the other is a total witch. I had purchased a chambray shirt in the store a few years back. After washing it a few times I noticed a flaw in the material, right near the breast pocket.
Since I live on the east coast, I brought it into the store the next time I was in town. They (the witch) refused to exchange it. I left it for the manager to review since he was not in the store that day. But he also refused to exchange the defective shirt.
So, this is how they treat a loyal customer who has been buying shirts for years???
Needless to say, I am no longer a loyal customer of Rockmount. Or, for that matter, a customer at all. Foolish.

The real deal in ranch wear....

Great place to visit when near Union Station. We stopped in on our way to the Farmers Market. Lots to see here, including the museum upstairs. The children’s wear is amazing - made me wish I had a little one to buy for. Loved viewing all of the memorabilia, celebrity photos & of course the authentic western wear. Boot section smells like heaven!

Beautiful store, poor customer service
Jul 2017 • Couples
A beautiful store with very nice items but we were never greeted or offered assistance by the woman who sat at the desk on the computer the entire time we were there. We had to walk over & let her know we were ready to purchase our items. Once she knew we were buying something she could not have been any friendlier but that type of service may keep a lot of people from becoming paying customers.

Cowboy apparel: YeeHaw!
Apr 2017 • Friends
To be the flagship store, I expected a larger variety of merchandise. There is certainly lots to look at but they are proud of their things $$$! If you are a curvy girl, you are out of luck. I was looking for a new pair of boots or a hat. The boots were GORGEOUS but limited sizes. There was more of a selection in hats and belts. I did end up with a nice, new black cowboy hat to enjoy with my already broken in black ropers! Use the buddy system to get to shop if it's after 4pm, one to drive your car around the block while you shop, otherwise parking is RIDICULOUS ($20)

This is a gotta go visit if you are in downtown Denver. This is not just a western wear shop. Every famous cowboy and CW singer that has lived ahs bought a shirt here. All their photos are on the wall and you can spend an hour just wandering around. Other fun cowboy stuff like bolo ties and belt buckles. True Americana.

My dad was very excited to check out this place since he loves western stuff. We drove through 40 minutes of traffic to get to 16th street mall just for this store. When we finally walked into the store, we were met by a passive aggressive, rude, middle-age sales woman. She asked us if she could help us find anything, but when my dad mentioned he'd been looking for Wrangler dress jeans, she treated us like we were idiots and said that we're in a Rockmount Ranchwear store. Like yeah, we're aware, but other western stores sell other brands as well. Additionally, I have worked at retail stores myself, so the APPROPRIATE response would have been to simply say they don't sell jeans or whatever and then to maybe even recommend somewhere that would, then to graciously invite us to look around their store for other western gear. And when we did look around after, no other sales associate in the store approached us. Not the way to do business, people. I don't know why this place has such good reviews when their customer service is CLEARLY lacking. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone wanting a pleasant sales experience. Instead, go to Boots Barn. Great customer service and sooooo much more selection.
