We love this mall. It truly has plenty of shops for everyone in our family and we can all wander for hours here. Definitely has so many of our favorite stores. Great food nearby too.

So many nose-goblins or ppl just straight up not wearing a mask, SO UNSAFE. Whereas Las Vegas hotels have rolled back parking charges during this time, Cherry Creek Mall continues to charge for parking. Floor markings, when present, we're generally completely incoherent.

Hi Daniel! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and concerns. We are making every effort to inform our customers that wearing a mask is required, including through signage and polite reminders from our security personnel. It is an individual’s responsibility to comply with the law.

Any modern American Mall that charges for parking without guaranteeing that I will walk out with exactly what I came for can't possibly earn more than two stars. This mall seems to be lacking many mainstream stores. As best I could count, they have one athletic shoe store. this mall was getting two stars, not one, because they were enforcing covid-19 safety around the mall. All the customers were wearing masks, as we're all of the employees. There were plenty of hand cleaning stations. Public bathroom was immaculately clean.

Hi Scott, Thank you for your review and taking time to share your feedback. We're so glad to hear you felt safe and comfortable shopping with us. Given our downtown location, paid parking is on par with other businesses in the area, and ensures parking is available for our customers in this densely populated area. Hope to see you again!

This is a great mall with lots of choices of kind of up-endish stores. There is a big parking garage and surface lots but you have to pay to come shop there; surprising given malls are having a harder time in general these days! You used to be able to get parking stubs validated at the movie theatre and if you were there less than an hour parking was free. That is no longer the case I have heard.

Hi Sarah! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. To remain competitive, we consistently evaluate all parts of our business, including parking. Our parking rates are still among the lowest in the surrounding area. The cost of parking is $2 for the first two hours, and $2 for each additional hour. The movie theater does offer validated parking with the purchase of a movie ticket. Several retailers and restaurants also offer parking validations--you can find a list of stores and restaurants who validate parking here: www.shopcherrycreek.com/parking

Typical mall with all the usual stores and many very high end. It is outrageous that they charge for parking and no stores validate, even with a purchase. Store clerks told me that California Pizza Kitchen validates and even after eating there they do not. In addition, signage in the garage is poor. Nice touch that they indicate the number of spaces available on each level and there are green or red lights for open or taken spaces, but it is impossible to get to a certain level you may want. Ramps force you to go to the 4th level and if your directions say it is best to park on the 1st level for the restaurant there is no clear way to get there. Really not a shopper or traveler friendly place.
