My girlfriend took me to the Clocktower Cabaret for an early Valentines date. What a great time. We had a blast and the cast was incredibly entertaining. The Clocktower hosts many different acts from Cabaret to aerial acts, comedy, drag and music acts. Very small venue makes for a great and personal experience. Good cocktails and appetizer menu. I will definitely see more shows.

My best friend and I decided to check out this show last weekend and were thoroughly impressed and fulfilled by the experience. Not only was the talent mesmerizing, but the drinks were wonderful, waitress was attentive, the show-runner was hilarious, witty and a total pro, and it was fully worth the ticket price. You can tell from any angle you look at the stage, interior design, features of the space, that it was all intentionally created and executed. Not a single area was left untouched, therefore it felt like a wonderfully immersive space to enjoy the show and put you in the mood for the wacky-ness that ensued. Something I found to be the most wonderful and important was the diversity of performers. Finally a show that represents all people!: curvier, thinner, queer, trans, cis, etc. I would absolutely come back and see different shows as I can only imagine they are as high quality as this one.

We didn't really know what to expect from Lannie's when we purchased tickets for the Thursday Cabaret. We were just visiting Denver for a few days and happened on it as we walked the 16th Street Mall. The show itself was fairly typical for a cabaret with a number of burlesque acts mixed in with a couple of other related ones (e.g., belly dancing). The host, French Pierre, was a fairly corny but likeable emcee who kept things moving. The food and drinks were reasonable compared to standard club prices and of pretty good quality. One specific thing I liked that was a little unusual was the inclusion of a 15 minute intermission. Overall, it was a fun night for a reasonable price and we definitely felt we got our money's worth!

We have gone to Clocktower about six or seven times per year for ten years. We used to love the place and always gave it five stars. Now I give it one as it has slipped so much. I truly miss the old Lannies Clocktower Cabaret.

Right off the top I like Lannie G. She is a professional entertainer with a great stage presence and a decent voice considering her advancing age. She entertains and engages the crowd as good or better than any singer I've seen. We attended a Paris themed show on 11/15/14 and were excited with the possibilities of several French-themed songs that she might perform. As the show unfolded, we wondered what happened to that advertised theme. Within the 90-minute production there just simply wasn't enough material to even slightly transport you to Paris. But if you are looking for a $35 a seat revue show, including a Lucy imitation singing Cuban Pete, this show's for you.

This place is great. The entertainment top notch. However, Don't bring little ones. It is a Cabaret and true to the name. They have a small but good menu and the drinks are strong and good. You will laugh and laugh and leave with a smile. If you like to experiment let the ladies suggest a house drink for you...surprisingly yummy!!!

Anyone that has been to Lannie's will tell you the fun-filled night they've had. Located under the Daniel and Fischer Clocktower, Lannie's is a magical world of night and late night performances that would stun your mind. These performances include burlesque, cabaret, magic shows, comedy talk shows, Circus-esque shows, drag nights and many more. They have a performance every night except Monday and every month they change it up a little so be sure to check their calendars.
Lannie's is the perfect place for a girls night out, boys night out, birthday celebrations, date and bachelor party, bachelorette party. They have a fun menu with a pretty good drink list. My favorite item on the menu is the ice cream palette. Two martini glass filled with vanilla ice cream and 16 different toppings placed on a glass paint palette. Basically, it's a create your own sundae!
A one-of-kind venue, I think Denver should be proud to have such a venue. You can even rent it for private parties/ show. This place will have you going back more than once, at least that's what happened to me. I love going back for a girls night out.

We went on a Thursday night for the weekly burlesque review. The acts were fun though I wouldn't say very memorable. I would NOT recommend eating here but the timing required us to do so--food was just average bar stuff.

We rented the clocktower for our wedding. It was fantastic. Renting on a Sunday is super cheap. You get the top four floors.

I was curious to see what Denver's burlesque scene was like so I did a little research prior to my visit and The Clocktower Cabaret came highly recommended. I selected the late night burlesque and comedy show on a Saturday and was not disappointed. The MC and talent of the show were very entertaining and kept the evening moving smoothly. I was amazed at the creativity and artistic performances. I haven't been entertained like that in some time. The MC made sure that you were in that moment and present. It was nice to be part of a live and entertaining experience. I would go back again and again. I actually sat next to someone who had gone over 8 times and I can see why.

What is the dress code attire for patrons? Business casual?
Written September 17, 2019
There is no dress code, however corporate casual is a safe bet. Some dress in vintage attire for burlesque shows, some might wear cocktail party attire for jazzy shows, hardly anyone wears shorts... hope that helps!

An hour and a half or so... Plan on a two hour stay with getting in and a walk around the area to explore.
It was a good time, we really enjoyed it.
