From way out here along the Piney Creek trail through Cherry Creek State Park is very nice. Some areas can be high traffic both pedestrian and bicycle. Kind of long but fun on our electric assist bikes.

I find this to be a very interesting trail to say the least. It is a nice smooth ride, but the variety of people along the trail are what is interesting. About a third of the people are locals riding bikes to and from work/fun/etc destinations, another third are the people out for a jog or bike ride for exercise.... More

Best part of trail is from Cherry Creek Shopping Center to the Cherry Creek Dam and back to the Center. Great round trip with flats, up hills and down hills as well. Bike all around the dam and park , lots of great scenery and the rout is 100% paved.

I've used this trail to commute and for recreation on bike or foot and from Franktown, Colorado to Downtown Denver. It's in good condition and well maintained throughout its length. It can get busy but it's also safe.

I ran about 3 miles on the trail, picked it up in Cherry Creek, pretty nice, no car traffic to contend with along the water for a decent stretch, no cars to contend with, busy with runners and polite cyclists.

Ridden this trail many a times and really enjoy it most of the time. The only problem, as you might imagine, are the types of people you might run into while riding there. heroin use has become a major issue here and those selling, buying and using. Sounds like Denver PD is cracking down on this so if they ever... More

My husband and I rode bikes on this trail for a few miles, it's a very nice paved trail with the creek running along side it. Several places to stop for food, shopping etc... Only draw back is all the homeless, vagrant types along the trail. I was glad to be on a bike, would not have been comfortable walking... More

We only covered about 6 miles of the almost 40 miles here -- around Colorado Blvd near Cherry Creek Shopping Cntr, as well as near downtown), and we were very impressed with how nicely developed and maintained this trail is. Felt very safe and was well used during the day. Great for a foot or pedal workout, or just a... More

This was superbly done. Rolling path winds through the park and is all paved. It was a nice day and great ride. If you have time and need some exercise this is a fun place to do it.

We've been on this trail many times and it is a favorite of ours. It is fairly level with a slight descending grade going from east to west. A favorite stop along the way is the Cherry Cricket restaurant in the Cherry Creek area. As you approach Confluence Park from Cherry Creek there is a noticeable uptick in bums and... More
