We loved the setting, and the food in the restaurant was quite good as well (get some french fries - yummmyy!)

We did the Submarine room "Under Pressure" the set was very well done and felt authentic to the storyline. Some of the hints in the room were difficult to see, but overall, it was engaging and fun. This room is very serial (i.e. solve one clue, open a box, get the next clue), so it is great for small groups, but if you are a larger group (3+), some of you will be waiting around for the next clue as there's not a lot of parallel play. The puzzles were fun and interesting, although they all did lead to a padlock or keypad of some kind.

Our gamesmaster was excellent and the mechanism for receiving clues is easy and reliable. The people that worked with us were friendly, responsive and fun.

Finally, this part of Denver is "up and coming" and there were some great restaurants, and fun things to see and do within easy walking distance, including the baseball park. Absolutely recommend this as a fun thing to do before or after a baseball game or on any day that you want to challenge your brain, have some good food and hang out.

I have visited Escapology with friends once before to attempt the “Budapest Express” escape. Our first visit was excellent and we were eager to return for another experience! This time we attempted “Murder Mansion” and succeeded in escaping in 54 minutes using all 3 allocated hints. As we’ve come to expect, the room was atmospherically on point! The problem-solving progression was logical/linear and didn’t stray far abroad of the overall storyline. There was one point in the sequence when our team felt directionless and one clue mechanic that failed, requiring a staff member to step inside the room to assist. Those hiccups aside, it was a fun, challenging, and thoughtfully designed escape.

We did the Budapest Express escape room and had a fun time. The game was just the right level of difficulty - the Escapology website gives it a difficulty rating of 8.5 out of 10 We had 6 adults and a fair amount of escape room experience and it took us 50 minutes to solve (with a couple of hints). I think if you had 4 or 5 experienced solvers it might be better than 6, just because it's hard to know what the other people are figuring out when there are so many in the room. The design of the room was very realistic and well-built, with a good variety of puzzles to figure out. And the rest of the Escapology facility was great with a bar and restaurant available (although we didn't eat there) and a comfortable place to wait for time to start our room. I would go again sometime and maybe stay for dinner next time! I was also impressed with the cleanliness, social distancing, hand sanitizer and mask-wearing in the public areas while we're still dealing with Covid.

We really enjoyed the experience, but it was very pricey for only one hour of entertainment.
Parking was difficult to find, and its surrounded by downtown Denver tent city homeless.
The escape room was clean, but the laminated sheets and items in the room were sticky and very well used.
This staff was super nice, and made the experience better.
Would we go back? Only if they lowered the price to make it more affordable. We would go back and do all the rooms.

We were in town visiting a family member and decided to do the Budapest Express escape room. It was a wonderfully detailed, very immersive room. We've done several rooms in other places and found this to be a nice challenge with wonderfully varied puzzles. Room limit is 6 people and we had 5 in our group, which at times, seemed very crowded for the space. My only complaint is that the directional lock kept sticking and had to be tried several times with the right combination before it would unlock.

The themes of these rooms are great, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and it’s a bonus that you can enjoy a tasty cocktail while you wait to play. The puzzles within the room seemed a little redundant and would benefit from a slightly more interactive and diverse updating. Over all a great time and if you have never tried an escape game before, you will really enjoy these.

We did the Budapest Express room and it was so much fun! We had 3 people in our group and it seemed like plenty. I feel like it was a small room so if there was 4 it might be a bit cramped. This was my second escape room that I’ve done and I had a great experience. My only complaint was some of the props that needed to be touched were falling apart. They seemed very warn out and old. Other than that, very cool! Next time I’m in Denver I’ll return.

This was the first time I ever did an escape room (what took me so long?), and it did not disappoint! The staff at Escapology was amazing. They were friendly and made sure our group had a fun time.

There are seven different escape rooms, and the one our group was in was the Antidote Room. I was a little concerned about how our team of six would work together, since we didn't know each other, but it turns out we all worked as a team and had loads of fun.

From what I heard, one thing that makes Escapology unique is that you can eat and have drinks before or after your great escape. I tried the Duck Wontons and the Chicken Lollipops, and they were very tasty. The glass of Cabernet wasn't too bad, either. And I love the steampunk decor. Well done, Escapology!

They did lock up our phones, and while it appears the room is "locked", you can get out at any time. I didn't feel claustrophobic at any time, even though it was a little tight in one room when all six of us were in there looking for clues. That makes you want to unlock doors quickly so you have more room to move around.

Whether you're a novice like I was or a veteran of escape rooms, Escapology is a great place for some fun entertainment. Check them out!

We went to Solutions for my Birthday this past weekend and had a great time! Their drinks were delicious, the escape room was incredibly intricate (Mansion Murder) and their food was super yummy. They were also very accommodating with our larger group and the timing of everything. We definitely will be back in the future to try another room.

Went here for a team building experience and had the most amazing time. The food was very good and the drinks were unique and delicious. The rooms give you a variety of challenge levels and fun even with the max number of people. Xander gave the perfect about of information for the new escapees before the game started and was the perfect game master/escapologist. I will definitely be back.
