Walking into Meier is like taking a step into Colorado ski culture. You're greeted with reggae calmly playing in the background, wood everywhere, and skis lining the walls. Then, if it's not hard enough to focus on anything, the employee behind the counter asks if you want a free beer while you watch someone in the back laying ski laminate. These guys are great, they mounted my new bindings on my skis quickly and are really friendly. Stopping by the shop is a must, if you're seriously into snow sports. Everyone there makes you feel like part of the club.

THE MOST COLORADO - LOVE IT! Seriously, your words rock. While we can't guarantee the musical mood that strikes us each day, we'll always stay true to that apres all day vibe while making some quality skis. Come hang out with us anytime!

Love the skis, love the people, love the Craft Skiery! Working with Meier has been a treat. The people are great and it is always nice that they treat you to a beer when you are buying, picking up or tuning. The skis are fabulous. The best I have ever skied on. And it makes me feel good that they are handmade with sustainable materials and from Colorado aspens and pine beetle kill. Check them out for sure!

Really high quality skis. I recommend doing one of their demo days if you can to see which types of skis fit you best. I love my High Noons, super easy to turn on moguls. Great customer service, they treat me like family every time I come in.

Thanks for pointing out that demos rock! Everyday is demo day out of the shop if you can't catch an on-mountain demo (plus, we take reservations if another model catches your eye!). Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review!

Meier Skis are some of the best skis on the market. Add to that the sustainability of the materials they use and you get a truly unique product, made here in Colorado. Stop by and visit the team for a beer and see how the skis and snowboards are made. The people are friendly and love to show off what they do.

I’ve taken both skis and a snowboard to Meier Skis and was pleased with the results for both. The staff is always friendly and helpful and it’s easy to get equipment back in the timeframe you want. Will definitely keep supporting this local business!

We love our new SOBO neighborhood, thanks for checking out the House of Tunes. Also love that you pointed out that we can turn tunes as fast as 24 hours (standard and most economical pricing is at 7 days).

So freaking cool! Really amazing to see the ski building process from start to end- our tour guide was amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our curious questions. I can’t recommend this tour enough for both tourists and locals alike. You have fun with the bar/ beer, learn so much behind the scenes, and get a souvenir pint glass with your ticket too. A total win!

I bought Fish Stick skis as a Christmas gift for my husband. Meier Ski members helped me find the right skis for the husband’s mountain goals, they let me know as soon as the skis were finished and they helped me get them in time for Christmas! They shipped in perfect condition and looked freakin beautiful. Babe broke them in on New Years and said they were a fun ride and super fast, he can’t wait to start touring with them. I was 100% happy with the whole experience and really enjoyed working with Meier. I’m really glad we got to support an awesome growing business.

Super glad I took my Rossi’s to Meyer for their first tune. Bought them used and had a few dings and rust on the edges. For $50 and exactly a week waiting, the skis came back practically new. Highly recommend them for your ski tunes.

Thanks for trusting us with your skis and pointing out that we'll tune up any make or model ski or snowboard! 7 days is our standard turn, but we can always crank them out faster (but... it will cost ya!). Waist deep is "like new", thanks so much for taking the time to share and we hope to see you soon!

Nathan led the tour for my son and myself. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us step by step how the skis were made and it was clear this company cares about quality and sustainability. We had a great time and enjoyed the beer that came with the tour.

Hello Guys,
Im visiting Denver in April and my main purpose is to find a place where I can learn how to ski. I have not done it. Whats your suggestion and what equipment do I need as a new beginner.

Hi! We would recommend picking a ski area within a few hours of Denver, which is a lot! A few of this staff members faves are Loveland and Winter Park especially for ease of renting equipment right at the base area. A lot of ski resorts offer a package with rental equipment and a lesson to get you going, and this is what we would recommend for you!
Once you're hooked on the sport, come see us and we'll get you skis of your very own. We'd also love to have you swing by the Craft Skiery at 970 Yuma St. in Denver for a complimentary beer or glass of wine and watch skis being made!
HAVE FUN!
