This was my third visit to Elevation Spa and it did not disappoint. They are very efficient at following cleaning protocols and other Covid recommendations. I received a hot stone massage from Odyssey and it was so relaxing and eased the pain in my muscles. I also was five an anti-aging facial by Nicole. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to give me suggestions for enhancing my skin. My skin felt so smooth when she was finished! As a spa guest, you also have full use of the hot tubs and pools as well as the gym facilities. This is a big bonus since many of the condos and hotels do not have these facilities available to guests due to COVID restrictions. I would definitely recommend this spa to enjoy a relaxing day!…

My wife and I own a condo in Mt. Crested Butte. We use it part of the year and rent it out as well. The condo has no fitness facility or pool, but it is within walking distance of the Elevation Spa, so we thought we would try it out. We were truly impressed! Elevation is more than just a spa; it includes a full fitness facility. I used the fitness facility while my wife got a massage at the spa. I can comment only on the fitness facility. It is spacious, quiet and fully equipped. There is a variety of modern cardio machines, including stationary cycles, treadmills and striders. The cardio machines face a large window with a great view of the mountains. The fitness facility also has a full set of free weights and weight machines, plus an area for stretching. Guests have access to well-appointed locker rooms. Guests get a key to a spacious locker. The locker rooms have fully private showers, a nice sink area, and a steam room. There is even a quiet co-ed social room between the men's and women's locker room where you can chill with your spouse or significant other. Fitness center guests have the use of a small indoor pool - too small for laps, but enough for relaxation and stretching. There is also an indoor jacuzzi and two outdoor hot tubs. The fitness center was everything I was looking for in a fitness club near my condo. If you are not a guest of the Elevation resort the fee for day use may seem a bit steep, although you truly get a full day - you can use the facility to get dressed and warm up before hitting the slopes or the trails, and come back again later in the day to shower off and relax in the pool, jacuzzi or hot tub. You can buy a pass for a longer term. i bought a one-week pass that I thought was a great bargain; the per-day cost was very reasonable with the week-long pass. Even the one-day rate, however, is reasonable, given all of the amenities. We are at Mt. Crested Butte several times per year. I know I will be a regular guest at the Elevation Spa in the future. It's a great amenity for people like me who stay in nearby condos that don't have their own facilities.…

please be aware of their cancellation policy. i had confirmed my treatments on wednesday for thursday. i had every intention of being there, and was excited to get a facial and massage. in the middle of the night on wednesday i was vomiting and had major diarrhea. this went on all night long. i called the spa early thursday morning and said i couldn't come because i was sick. they said unfortunately they still had to charge the full amount of my services because i didn't cancel within 24 hours. they had no sympathy and probably didn't care. the lady did give me a discount. big deal!!! i can understand the need for a cancellation policy. BUT DONT CHATGE PEOPLE THE FULL AMOUNT. a flat rate of 50 dollars would be appropriate and i would have been fine with that. but paying lots of money for services not rendered, is just wrong. i did write an email to the spa manager, and it as pretty lame. he blamed hid new front desk person and said she hadn't learned their culture yet, whatever the heck that means. he didn't offer any reimbursement. i have wotked at many spas myself and this is totally un-professional and and unacceptable. i will never give them my money again…
