I went oh a 6 day camping trip with 30 middle and high school children from a youth center I volunteer at. We went rafting, hiking and rock climbing. All of the guides were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Journey Quest. .

Awesome journey! Terrific guide! Fantastic family float. I believe our guide gauged the children in regards to how many big ways we would hit (he could steer us into or not). Our kids did great with the glass 2 (& lil 3?) Falls. I highly recommend Journey quest rafting company.

PS fantastic photographer to capture our memories along the way. Best of all you can afford to buy the pictures afterwards – extremely reasonable.

Great experience with Kiliene and Kirt. Our young family felt safe and valued the entire trip, especially as they answered 10,000 questions from our 8 and 9 year old. If all JQ guides are like ours, I could not recommend them more!

We spent a week in Colorado and my 2 teen boys said their adventures with Journey Quest were the highlight of their trip. We did a white water rafting trip one day and our family had so much fun that we did the rock climbing the next day. Our guides were amazing and really taught the kids a lot quickly so that they could get right to the adventure portion of our journey. We want to visit again and take more family. Thanks so much for the great time.

We took our troop from Mississippi to Journey Quest in August 2015. Stayed the week and camped at the Sweetwater Campground with the Journey Quest staff (Kirby and Kody). This was a totally awesome time. We whitewater rafted, rock climbed, kayaked rapids and summited Commanche Peak. This was an wonder time with life memories for my son and myself. Kirby spent some time as a cook, so the meals were fabulous. They would have been good without his touch, but he added to right amount of pizzazz to take them over the top. They were very safe as an operation. Thoroughly briefed what to do. They knew the river. The experience could have been better. I want to go back. Maybe take the family, next time.

Our family of 4 (8 and 13 year olds), did big horn sheep trip and loved it! Our guide, Elise, was very experienced and friendly. We were running late that morning since we were coming from Colorado Springs. Did not have a reservation but called that morning and they still accommodated us.

Thanks Roxanne! We love serving families, and sometimes that means being spontaneous. Glad you were able to make it out and get on the river with Elise!

There were 5 in our group ranging from 14 to 66. None of us had rafted before, and I was terribly nervous about the whole idea. Let me say that our guide had us all at ease within a very short time, and looking forward to each stage of intensity down the river. We were on the full-day tour, and given the options of revisiting the earlier and easier areas or continuing on to the more challenging levels. The lunch was pretty tasty, too! Every picture that was taken beams with smiles and laughter ... which is quite an accomplishment with such varying ages. We would all love to do it again.

We took our students and completed a challenge course in the morning and then rafted the Arkansas in the afternoon. Our students were challenged to grow as a team in trust and communication.

We'd been waiting to raft until our youngest could go with us. Journey Quest provided a wonderful family rafting experience for us all. We had Mark with us and our group of six, four being our kids ages 8-12. He was great throughout and being a father himself, answered all the kids' questions without a problem. It was fast-paced for the adults, but tame enough for the kids. Very experienced and professional group of guides. We did the half day trip. We will definitely spread the word about visiting Journey Quest.

Our party represented a wide range of ages (50-something to age 8) and rafting ability (first-timer to very experienced), yet management and our personal guide, Denise, worked with us to find a half-day trip that would please everyone. The scenery was lovely, and the trip delivered just the right amount of thrills for our group. It was reassuring that a separate scouting raft traveled ahead of us and stayed in constant communication with our guide about river conditions, which were unusually high due to the harsh winter and resulting snow melt. We appreciated the fact that the trip began with a prayer for safety and ended with prayer of thanksgiving for a safe journey. Look forward to traveling with Journey Quest again.
