Fantastic two course centre for kayaking and rafting. Olympic course is grade 4 and great fun, with staff on hand to pull you out if your roll fails. I try to go every other week if possible.

Yes you will be put in a group. You more in a raft than two. Great experience, went as a couple and we loved it.

I wore normal glasses on white water rafting . sure would be fine to wear. it's better that you can see what your doing . Enjoy
