Guitar town

Came here for guitar town, the music was awesome all day Saturday and Sunday. Plus they have fireworks on Saturday night which my friends kids thought were great.

We get season passes to Copper Mountain every year because of the outstanding skiing. The mountain is nicely split up on the mountain where the beginner area is primarily in one area, intermediate in the middle and expert on the other side. This is really helpful for people because they can stay in the area best suited for their abilities.... More

On my second year of skiing, I brought our group to this mountain for classes. Half day classes, worth it if you have had previous skiing experience -- I would not recommend for beginners, they'll need a full day if not more. The area is great, clean, plenty of stores around, and friendly faces.

Copper mountain is one of my favorite places to go skiing! I have only been at Copper, Winterpark and Eldora but of those three places Copper is definitely the better, there is so much variety of ski terrains and it never feels like there is a lot of people when you're skiing down the hills even though there is, which... Free chair lift if you purchased $12 of merchandise in the village. Teenagers did the all day pass. It included for them to do one zipline, one go-carts (OK not spectacular), unlimited rock climbing, diggler (scooter), chair lift, lake activities, and mini golf. They did not do the mini-golf because it did not look cool and interesting. Bungee jumping is... More

We went through on bikes from Vail to Frisco on a sunny day to look around the first time. Tons of bikes there. Went back a few days later to look at the stores and eat again inside since it was a rainy day. It was summer and they had some good sales on winter gear. My favorite was 40%... More

Copper Mountain is west of the airport about 100 miles. The mountain is laid out so on the front side, the farther to the left as you look up, the more predominantly expert terrain. In the right is the beginner area. The layout makes it harder for less experienced skiers to get in over their heads. The backside offers open... More

Easy family friendly terrain to the west and progressively gets steeper and harder as you work you way east towards the Super Bee lift. Terrain for all ability levels. Summit County locals favorite resort! Resort also offers massage. Just awesome! Just no night life. A few bars offer adults a taste of late night drinking.

Snow was great, terrain was great, staff was great. Great mountain with plenty of varied terrain which is set-up in a very user friendly manner. The Ski Village itself is pretty small when compared to Vail or Breckenridge but was well maintained, and offered a decent variety of shops and places to eat.
