Prices were great, booked ahead of time online. Christy's was very flexible about pickup date/time so that we weren't paying for time we weren't using the rental. They even credited us for a day when we didn't use the rental...Very much appreciate the great customer service. Will rent from them again.…

My wife set me up for ski, boots, & pole rental online for my first time skiing in 20+ years. When I walked in the store to collect my order the next week I was immediately greeted warmly by every employee I walked past. At the Rentals desk in back of the store a very pleasant, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable young man assisted me in collecting my order. Just by looking at me and asking a few questions about my abilities on the slopes he was able to "tune" my skis and boots accordingly. The equipment was excellent and I was able to go down the Blacks with my teenage son's with no fear. It had been so long since I last skied that I was out to prove to my boy's the Old Man still had "IT". They were stoked that their old man could keep up, but,since it had been so long, my thighs started burning soon into our adventure and 200 yards from the end of my final run I caught a tip, did a cartoon flip, and landed on my right shoulder dislocating it (still waiting for major surgery). When I returned the ski's they asked how the equipment worked and about our ski trip. I of course told them I had really messed myself up and they told me their policy was a full refund if you are injured! I was blown away! Who would expect a refund just for falling and hurting yourself when it had nothing to do with the excellent equipment? Regardless, the Manager was there and he told them to refund me which I am sure would have happened even if the Manager was not there. I HIGHLY recommend Christy's for any ski/snowboard rental! Not only excellent equipment but superior customer service with people who truly care about each customer. Thank you all at Christy's!!!…

My son and I rented Ski and snowboard equipment from Christy Sports in Colorado Springs. We reserved on line and came in the day before Thanksgiving. Service was excellent. The equipment was too notch. I would definitely recommend them and I will rent from the again.
