Discovered a totally felt tire on my gravel bike (tubeless) the evening before a big ride. Called over there 30 minutes before closing and Bob got the tires fixed in time for my ride as well as setting me up with a new chain. Super people and really committed to the cycling community.

Rode the 18+ mile ride to Palmer (puddle) Lake on some very nice mountain bikes. Very good service and good bikes to rent for a reasonable day price...$30 all day for 29ers. Warning Palmer Lake is a ways away with a gradual uphill climb but was not what was expecting. There were a couple pubs at the lake. Ride back is half the time of getting there. Good experience with Criterium though.

I rented a mountain bike here so I could ride the Santa Fe Trail and the Starlight Spectacular while visiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful while making the reservation and picking up the bike. They made sure the bike fit me and installed the bike rack on my car for me. I've been to a lot of shops and this one is in the top 5!!

Was in Colorado Springs and needed a bike rental. Rented a hard tail mountain bike. Great condition and decent price. Staff was very helpful in recommending places to go for the morning. I would rent here again.

Hired a bike from Criterium Bicycles, I hired a 29er, never ridden one before but the bike was well maintained infact almost new. Only planned on doing around 30k on the bike but need up over 60k. With the Santa Fe trail right beside the shop you do not need to transport the bike away from the shop for access to miles of trails. The staff in the shop had great local information about trails also. Would highly recommend.

Criterium is located just off of Colorado Springs' Santa Fe Trail (which turns into the Pike's Peak Greenway Trail further south). They are a full service bicycle shop: they sell new bikes (road, mountain, gravel, e-bikes, etc.), they have an outstanding service department, they sell cycling clothing and accessories, and they rent bikes. Every single time I've gone to Criterium the people there have taken the time to listen to what I'm looking for and to give me solid advice and/or recommendations. I highly recommend this bike shop to everyone.

I came in one morning with a pedal that was stuck- I was trying to replace it. My replacement pedal came from a different store, I didn’t have an appointment, I really just needed a favor. The guys spent HALF AN HOUR dislodging my old pedal- they tried everything and eventually put my entire bike in a giant vice grip to remove the crank arm. When complete, they didn’t charge me for labor (and it was busy, too!) though I was more than willing to compensate (bought a few other things to make up for it!). Super experience.

Been a customer for about 20 years. They have always had first class mechanics and great leadership. They are diverse and participate in community cycling events and donate equipment and bikes to charity events and similar child causes. They have bike for everyone. They have saved my b*tt a few times with me having a last minute bicycle issue and a flight or automobile departure only a day or two away. They know tandems too.

This shop is well stocked with many great bike brands and there is a huge team of mechanics to work on any brand bike. There is always a sale rack of clothes with amazing deals.
